FASTENER STRUCTURE OF FIXING COMPONENT AND THE FIXING COMPONENT
20200346415 · 2020-11-05 ·

A fastener structure of a fixing component includes a joining element and a corresponding element, with the joining element fitted to the corresponding element. A fixing component includes an engaging-connecting element and a fastener structure. The engaging-connecting element has a head portion, fitting portion and engaging-connecting portion which are sequentially connected, with the fitting portion fitted to the joining element. A fitting method for manufacturing the fastener structure and the fixing component involves fitting the joining element to the corresponding element, pressing and fitting the fitting portion of the engaging-connecting element into an insertion portion of the joining element, and movably engaging-connecting the first inner engaging portion of the corresponding element to an outer engaging portion of a fixing element from outside.

A fastener structure includes a body portion, a control portion and a fastening portion. The control portion is movably fitted to the body portion. The control portion has a head portion and a limiting portion. The fastening portion is movably disposed at the body portion. The limiting portion is adapted to limit the fastening portion. Therefore, the body portion is disposed at the second object, and the control portion causes the fastening portion to be coupled to or separated from the first object, so as to couple together and separate at least two objects repeatedly and rapidly.

BUTTING STRUCTURE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

A butting structure includes a first connecting portion disposed on the inner surface of a first object and a second connecting portion disposed on the inner surface of a second object. A leading angle is provided at the junction of a top surface and a first side of the first connecting portion. An accommodation space is defined between the top surface and the inner surface of the first object. The second connecting portion includes a bump and a horn structure. The bump is connected to the second object and is disposed corresponding to the accommodation space. The horn structure is connected to the second object and is disposed corresponding to the first connecting portion. A first gap is provided between the bump and the horn structure. An assembling method of the butting structure is also provided.

Method and apparatus for aligning multiple pictures on a wall
10786098 · 2020-09-29 ·

A user-configurable template assembly for aligning a plurality of pictures or other objects on a surface comprising a plurality of elongate guide members and a plurality of connector members. Each connector member is configured to engage an end of one or more guide members and maintain the plurality of guide members in an orthogonal array. The template array is ideally configured to align commonly sized pictures in a decorative manner. The guide members and connectors incorporate standardized interface connections providing interchangeability in parts and maximizing template array assembly options.

Method of anchoring a first object in a second object

A method for joining two objects by anchoring an insert portion provided on a first object in an opening provided on a second object. The anchorage is achieved by liquefaction of a thermoplastic material and interpenetration of the liquefied material and a penetrable material, the two materials being arranged on opposite surfaces of the insert portion and the wall of the opening. During the step of inserting the insert portion in the opening and/or during anchorage a clamping force is applied to opposing surfaces of the second object to prevent the second object from cracking or bulging.

MOLD ASSEMBLY

An assembly includes a first mold component defining a first portion of a mold cavity and a first slot. The first slot corresponds to a first portion of a retention channel. The assembly also includes a second mold component defining a second portion of the mold cavity and a second slot. The second slot corresponds to a second portion of the retention channel. The assembly also includes a connector having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of the retention channel. The connector has thermal expansion characteristics that are different from thermal expansion characteristics of the first and second mold components such that when the first and second mold components are in contact and the connector is inserted into the retention channel, heating the assembly causes differential thermal expansion of the connector and the mold components resulting in a clamping force between the mold components.

Battery pack, battery charging station, and charging method

Various techniques described herein relate to battery packs of electric vehicles, batteries, and battery charging systems. Batteries may comprise a plurality of battery modules, wherein each battery module may be provided with one or more battery cells, and the plurality of battery modules may be connected in series when providing electric power output. Battery charging systems described herein may comprise a charging circuit that connects a plurality of battery modules in series, and may be used for charging the plurality of battery modules in the battery in series. Additional charging circuits may be connected respectively to the plurality of battery modules, and the additional charging circuits may be used for charging at least one battery module in the plurality of battery modules.

Seat beam clamp
10737601 · 2020-08-11 · ·

A beam clamp (124) for a passenger seat includes a keyhole (126) configured to flex outwardly from an un-flexed position to a flexed position. The diameter of the keyhole in the un-flexed position is less than the diameter of the keyhole in the flexed position. A method of assembling the passenger seat includes assembling a seat base and connecting a seat back to the seat base. Assembling the seat base includes flexing the keyhole of the beam clamp outwards from the un-flexed position to the flexed position and inserting a support beam within the keyhole in the flexed position.
