20210188380 · 2021-06-24 ·

A protective case for a handheld electronic device is provided. The protective case can include a removable mounting system comprised of an interlocking member and a plurality of mounting bases. The protective case may further include a non-slip member to prevent the device from slipping on a surface and a magnet for attaching the device to a magnetic surface.

METHOD OF JOINING TWO OBJECTS
20210129450 · 2021-05-06 ·

A method for joining two objects by anchoring an insert portion provided on one of the objects in an opening provided on the other one of the objects. The anchorage is achieved by liquefaction of a thermoplastic material and interpenetration of the liquefied material and a penetrable material, the two materials being arranged on opposite surfaces of the insert portion and the wall of the opening. Before such liquefaction and interpenetration, an interference fit is established in which such opposite surfaces are pressed against each other, and, for the anchoring, mechanical vibration energy and possibly a shearing force are applied, wherein the shearing force puts a shear stress on the interference fit.

Blocking key for a wiper linkage, linkage sub assembly, and linkage comprising a blocking key; method for installing a blocking key on a wiper linkage

The present invention concerns a key (1) for locking a link including a U-section and a crank of a linkage of a wiper mechanism in a transport position, characterized in that it comprises: a shaft (11) having at one end a radial holding excrescence (13) and at the other end an enlarged head (15) intended to cooperate with a hollow part of the U-section forming the link, and a first radial finger (17) configured to be housed in a slot for locking the link in the transport position.

Method for connecting two components, and component arrangement

A method for the connection of a first component to a second component includes providing a first component which has a projection with an undercut, and providing a second component which has a cavity. The method also includes introducing a sealing and/or connecting material into the cavity of the second component, and joining the first component and the second component together to form a component arrangement. The projection of the first component projects, in the joined state, into the cavity of the second component.

TOOL ASSISTED ROTARY DRUM SKINSHEET CLAMP

A rotary drum blancher/cooler includes skinsheet sections alternating with structural channels and clamps. The skinsheet sections and channels have sidewalls. Each clamp includes at least a portion of a clamp bar, a bolt, a slot and hole combination, and a nut. The clamp bar holds each skinsheet sidewall between the channel sidewall and the clamp bar. The bolt extends through a hole in the clamp bar. The bolt has a first partially threaded end and a second end with at least one groove. One end is within the channel, and the other outside. A slot and hole combination is located in at least one of a retaining plate, channel sidewall and clamp bar. The bolt can pass through the hole of the slot and hole combination, and the groove(s) in the bolt are disposed within the slot to prevent rotation of the bolt. The nut is on the first end, and may be tightened or loosened to tighten or loosen the skinsheet side wall to the channel sidewall.

Quick Release Connector
