Mechanical locking system for panels
A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane is described. The first panel and the second panel are provided with a mechanical locking device for locking of a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel at a junction plane, wherein the first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane and the junction plane is extending at an angle to the first main plane and the second main plane between the first main plane and the second main plane.
Assembled body using fittings
Provided is an assembled body assembled by splicing frames through male joint and female interface. The male joint includes a stopping edge and a locating protrusion, where the stopping edge extends in a first direction and the locating protrusion extends in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The female interface includes a first U-shape recess, and an inner surface of the recess is provided with a stopping groove and a locating slot adapted for retaining the stopping edge and the locating protrusion respectively.
Formed body, structural member, and method for producing formed body
A formed body 1 includes a first flange 3, a body portion 100 (a first vertical wall portion 4, a top plate portion 5, a second vertical wall portion 6), and a second flange 7, and the formed body 1 is made of steel having tensile strength of 440 MPa or more. The first flange 3 extends toward the second flange 7 from an edge portion of the first vertical wall portion 4. The first flange 3 and the body portion 100 curve so as to conform to each other as viewed from the direction orthogonal to the top plate portion 5.
Truck bed partitioning device
This invention discloses a connector device with a particular T shape, which allows for the connection of two pieces of lumber in a perpendicular fashion. A user secures the connector device to two pieces lumber and fit it within a truck bed, setting up three separate compartments for storage within the truck bed. By using two or more connector devices, and three or more pieces of lumber, at least four separate compartments can be created.
Sheet metal corner hem interlock
A panel assembly including a main panel, a first side panel, a second side panel, a first tab, a second tab, and an extension. The first tab defines a planar notch into which the extension is positioned to restrict movement of the first side panel and the second side panel.
PUSH THROUGH RETAINER CONNECTION WITH INTEGRATED HINGING SEAL
A press-in retainer includes a retainer head having a collar and a seal disposed at least partially about the collar. A clip portion projects from the collar. The seal includes a main body engaging the collar and a sealing foot disposed entirely outboard from the collar. The sealing foot is configured to hinge about an intersection of the sealing foot and body portion while remaining entirely outboard from the main body. In a substantially flattened condition of the sealing foot, an angle between the sealing foot and a distal surface of the main body approaches a flat contiguous surface.

Profile bond
A profile assembly produced from a first profile and a second profile connected longitudinally by cold joining. Both profiles bear complementary clamping structures on long sides thereof facing toward one another for cold joining together. The clamping structure of the first profile comprises a clamping head formed on a web and forming an undercut on each side of the web by way of a greater extension in the profile transverse direction in relation to that of the web. The clamping structure of the second profile comprises a clamping head receptacle for accommodating a section of the clamping head and a clinching leg, formed on a profile-exterior leg of the clamping head receptacle, having a first profile arm protruding before cold joining and a second profile arm formed at an angle thereon, the free end of which engages behind the clamping head and, before cold joining, faces toward a clamping pocket of the first profile. The clamping head receptacle is tapered with respect to its open width and/or the clamping head is tapered with respect to its material thickness of the section to be inserted into the clamping head receptacle, wherein the section of the clamping head pressed into the clamping head receptacle is connected to the clamping head receptacle in a metallically sealed manner.
Flexible launder covers and related methods
A clarifier can comprise a floor, inner and outer walls that each extends upwardly from the floor such that a tank is at least partially defined by the inner wall and a launder channel is at least partially defined between the inner and outer walls and is disposed along at least a majority of a periphery of the tank. A launder cover comprising one or more flexible sheets can be disposed over at least a majority of the launder channel. Each of the sheet(s) can have opposing inner and outer edges, the inner edge coupled to the inner wall and the outer edge coupled to the outer wall, and can be configured such that, when a single one of the inner and outer edges is decoupled from the inner and outer walls, the sheet is deformable to at least partially uncover the launder channel.
Plate-to-plate connecting structure
A plate-to-plate connecting structure includes a first plate piece and a second plate piece. The first plate piece and the second plate piece have a first concave/convex connecting side and a second concave/convex connecting side connected with a corresponding concave/convex means; the first concave/convex connecting side has a first top edge and a second bottom edge, and the second concave/convex connecting side has a second top edge and a second bottom edge; the first top edge and the first bottom edge have top concave parts and bottom concave parts; the second top edge and the second bottom edge have top convex parts and bottom convex parts; the top convex parts are protruded into the corresponding top concave parts for forming a mutual blocking status; and the bottom convex parts are protruded into the corresponding bottom concave parts for forming the mutual blocking status.
