A table assembly is disclosed that includes a tabletop having a first end and a second end, opposite the first end; a table leg couplable to the first end so as to support the first end when coupled thereto; and a resilient fastening member couplable to the second end and operably configured to selectively fasten the second end to an independent support structure so as to support the second end when the resilient fastening member is fastened to the independent support structure.

An apparatus for adjusting the assistive lifting force capacity of a height adjustable work surface. The apparatus includes a couple of plates which are mounted to a system for providing a system for adjusting the height of the work surface. The plates include a set of connection points for connecting the apparatus to a gas spring. The geometry of the holes and the positioning of the gas spring provide for a more consistent lifting force throughout a range of motion of the work surface.

A tablet assembly for use in a space partially defined by a wall structure having a substantially planar wall surface, the assembly comprising a first coupler supported by the wall structure, a tablet support arm assembly having a support arm length dimension between proximal and distal ends, the proximal end mounted to the first coupler adjacent the planar wall surface for rotation about a first vertical axis through a first range of motion between first and second first-axis limit positions, the arm assembly extending from the planar wall surface to form acute angles with the planar wall surface in each of the first and second first-axis limit positions and a tablet member forming top and bottom surfaces and having a side edge, the tablet member supported at the distal end of the arm for rotation about a second vertical axis through a second range of motion between first and second second-axis limit positions, wherein the limit positions limit the tablet member to positions in which the side edge of the tablet member is constrained from contacting the planar wall surface.

A table arrangement including a support member rotatably mounted to a base structure, a table element translatably mounted to the support member, and a locking mechanism is described. The locking mechanism may include a first locking member connected to the support member to rotate with the support member between non-aligned and aligned configurations with respect to the second locking member, and a second locking member. The first or second locking member may be translatably mounted with respect to the other locking member between a first engagement position and a second engagement position, wherein, when the first locking member is in the aligned configuration, the first or second locking member can translate into the second engagement position. The table arrangement may be deployed and stowed.

Implementations of the present invention relate to systems, methods, and apparatus for positioning and/or selectively repositioning one or more objects within an individual space. More specifically, a functional wall module can at least partially define the individual space. Furthermore, the functional wall module can include a single or multiple movable platforms that may support or secure one or more objects. As such, movement of the movable platform(s) may position and/or selectively reposition such objects within the individual space.
