A TELESCOPIC EDGE PROTECTION POST
A telescopic edge protection post arrangeable between a floor and a ceiling, comprising outer and inner tubes, each comprising a bottom end and a top end, the inner tube extending into the outer tube and being movable with respect thereto between an extended position and a collapsed position. The post further comprises a locking mechanism to lock the inner tube with respect to the outer tube in the extended position, and a tensioning unit arranged at the top end of the inner tube. The tensioning unit comprises a tensioning element having a primary and secondary tensioning portions, wherein tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion requires a lower force than the primary tensioning portion, allowing tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion by extending the telescopic edge protection post by hand into engagement with the floor and the ceiling. Further, the primary and secondary tensioning portions each comprise a compression spring.
Receiver Hitch Adapter
A receiver hitch adapter is described for allowing the receiver hitch to receive several different sizes of receiver tubes or drawbars. The receiver hitch adapter allows the use of receiver tubes that have expansion type clamps such as corner expansion clamps or travelling wedges. The receiver hitch adapter is easily removable from the receiver hitch when not in use, but also remains in place during installation and removal without the user holding it in place.

Connecting System, Hole Carrier, Method for the Assembly of a Module and Use
The invention relates to a connecting system 1, comprising at least one hole carrier 2 with a row of side openings 4 made therein in a longitudinal direction, the openings being aligned in a first orientation and in a second orientation orthogonal thereto and being made transverse to the longitudinal direction, wherein the side openings 4 of the first and the second orientation are shifted by one half the distance between two side openings 4. According to the invention, the distance between two side openings 4 is smaller than the clear width of the side openings 4, the side opening 4 of the second orientation being made within this distance and the side openings 4 of the first and the second orientation partially penetrating one another. The invention further relates to a method for building an assembly from a connecting system 1 and to a use of a connecting system 1 having the associated securing and connection elements and the installation sequence.

Fail-safe fastener for aircraft
A fail-safe fastener configured to mechanically fasten a first aircraft component to a second aircraft component includes a first body formed from a first material and at least one second body formed from a second material different than the first material, the at least one second body being stacked on a side of the first body, wherein the first body and/or the at least one second body is or includes a composite material.

Interconnects for temporarily coupling modular frame members
An interconnect system for coupling first and second frame members includes female and male interconnect members. The female interconnect is secured to the first frame member and has defined therein a receptacle. The male interconnect member is secured to the second frame member and defines a protrusion configured for selective axial insertion into, and mating engagement with, the receptacle. The receptacle extends axially between a receptacle opening through which the protrusion is axially received and a receptacle rear wall at which the receptacle terminates. The protrusion terminates at a protrusion tip. The receptacle and protrusion are furthermore configured such that at least one of (a) the receptacle and the protrusion are complementarily keyed in order to prevent relative rotational displacement of the male and female interconnect members when they are in mutual mating engagement, and (b) the protrusion tip is magnetically attracted toward the receptacle rear wall.
