Injection mold, resin member, and method for producing resin product
An injection mold including a gate and a cavity, where a weld portion is formed inside the cavity by injecting molten resin containing reinforcing fibers from the gate into the cavity, the injection mold has a resin reservoir open to the cavity, and in a first cross section along an opening end surface 110S of the resin reservoir 110 to the cavity, a distance CLD between a width center line CL11 of the resin reservoir and a width center line of the cavity, which is measured along a perpendicular line n12 of the width center line CL12 of the cavity, changes at least in part along the width center line of the cavity.
Fixation system
A first component with a fixing groove is affixed to a second component, using a ball-head screw having a thread and a ball head, a slot nut for the thread fitting into the fixing groove of the first component, and a fixation part having a ball head seat and a planar fixation support surface for fixing the fixation part to the second component. The ball head seat receives the ball head, forming a ball joint. In a central position, the fixation support surface is parallel and offset to a longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw. The ball-head seat includes recessed portions receiving a screw portion of the ball-head screw. An inclination angle between the longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw in the central position, and the longitudinal axis of the ball-head screw in the position when received in the recessed portion, is at least 90°.

Concrete form board sleeve connector
A concrete form board sleeve connector included a top section and a bottom section connected together. The top section and the bottom section form a rectangular shape with an interior volume. There are openings at opposing ends of the rectangular shape, the openings are configured to accept the ends of two different boards. A middle section is placed within the rectangular shape and is designed to prevent the board ends from going all the way through the rectangular object.

INSERTS TO ENABLE FRICTION STIR WELDING JOINTS AND METHODS OF FORMING FRICTION STIR WELDED ASSEMBLIES
A friction stir welded assembly includes a first workpiece having an interior portion with opposed interior walls, a second workpiece having an interior portion with opposed interior walls, and an insert positioned within the interior portion of the first workpiece and the interior portion of the second workpiece. The insert extends between and abuts at least one of the opposed interior walls of the first workpiece and the opposed interior walls of the second workpiece and a friction stir weld is between the first workpiece to the second workpiece. A joining end of the first workpiece and a joining end of the second workpiece form a butt joint or a lap joint between the first and second workpieces, and the friction stir weld is a butt weld or a lap weld, respectively, between the first and second workpieces.
Kits for interconnecting cylindrical tubes
A kit for joining cylindrical tubes to form strong orthogonally joints for use in a variety of structures comprises a tool for modifying the cylindrical tubes to demonstrate cutouts of specified width and depth, a Steinmetz solid connector having a shape defined by the volume of intersection of the two cylindrical volumes of equal diameter joined orthogonally; and an adhesive means for securing said connector within said cylindrical tubes. Kits that comprise one-, two-, and four-piece Steinmetz solid connectors are described, as are alternative means and members to secure and shape the resulting joint.
STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.

Post internal hanger assembly
A hanger assembly for hanging objects from a post is disclosed having a pole having an upper end section configured to support an object, and a lower end section configured to extend through a hollow shaft of the post. The hanger assembly comprises an upper stabilization device having a pole receiving aperture for coupling to the pole, and at least one post support member interfaceable to a top portion of the post to support the pole. The hanger assembly includes a lower stabilization device having a pole attachment portion for coupling to the lower end section of the pole. The lower stabilization device can have a vertical profile or outer planar surface adapted to interface an inner surface of the post to laterally stabilize the lower end section of the pole to restrict lateral movement of the lower stabilization device and the pole. Associated fence systems and methods for installing the hanger assembly are disclosed.
