Method of manufacturing fence with elongated tubular members
A fence includes first elongated tubular members, each one of which is configured to extend vertically from ends of the first elongated tubular members positionable proximate to a support surface (e.g., the ground). The fence also includes second elongated tubular members extending between the first elongated tubular members, each of which is configured to extend parallel to the support surface. The fence further includes receivers defined by apertures formed in the first elongated tubular members, each of which extends outwardly from respective first elongated tubular members so that each one of the second elongated tubular members can be fixedly attached to corresponding ones of the first elongated tubular members. In some embodiments, one or more of the first elongated tubular members and/or the second elongated tubular members can have a circular cross-section. The second elongated tubular members can be fixedly attached the first elongated tubular members with and/or without welding.
Flexible coupling
The invention relates to a flexible coupling comprising a lower assembly (10) having a spigot member (20), and an upper assembly (60) having a recess adapted to receive the spigot member, thereby allowing articulation of the upper assembly (60) with respect to the lower assembly (10) in any direction. A complementary indexing means is adapted to circumferentially align the lower assembly (10) and the upper assembly (60), and a single resilient member (65) interconnects the lower and upper assemblies, wherein the lower and upper assemblies are urged into mutual engagement against said articulation.
ANCHOR AND RAILING ASSEMBLY
An anchor and railing assembly for anchoring a baluster or balustrade to both outdoor and indoor structures, such as raised, generally flat or angled roof-like structures or indoor stairs or floors, which includes an anchor baseplate with a top surface and a bottom surface, and an internally threaded bore extending at least partially from the top surface generally towards the bottom surface, a baluster, fasteners for fastening the baluster to the anchor baseplate via its bore, and fasteners for fastening the anchor baseplate to either an outdoor or indoor structure.
Structural joint isolator with internal cavities
A structural joint is provided that includes a first component, a second component, an isolator and a fastener. The isolator is engaged with and between the first component and the second component. The isolator includes a plurality of internal cavities between the first component and the second component. The fastener projects out of the first component, through the isolator and into the second component.
RING JOINT ASSEMBLY FOR CONNECTING OBJECTS ON SAME OR DIFFERENT PLANES AND A SYSTEM THEREOF
A ring joint assembly, having a ring (10) having a peripheral slot (10A) and a circular slot (10B), a support plate (20) having a circular slot (20A), a hexagonal nut (30), a washer (40) and at least two solid bolts (50) of head (50A) or at least two hollow bolts (60) of head (60A) or at least one solid bolt (50) and one hollow bolt (60), is disclosed. A rigid connection, with a thing, is made through the circular slot (10B) of the ring (10), in conjunction with the washer (40), the hexagonal nut (30) and the solid bolt (50) or hollow bolt (60), as the case may be, and a movable connection, with a second thing, is made through the peripheral slot (10A) of the ring (10), in conjunction with the circular slot (20A) on the support plate (20), the washer (40), the hexagonal nut (30) and the solid bolt (50) or hollow bolt (60), as the case may be. The movable connection provides flexibility and easy adjustment of the connection so formed. The placement of the head (50A) of solid bolt (50) or head (60A) of hollow bolt (60) may be inside or outside of the ring (10), depending upon the availability of space, purpose of coupling, the things that need to be coupled together, etc. A ring joint assembled system, wherein multiple ring joint assemblies, connect, in series, more than two things with each other via said ring joint assemblies is disclosed.
Display support system
The inventive technology relates to an improved display support system that may be used to support elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials. The invention may be used to support, for example, helium-free balloons and/or other displays to one or more display fittings. Such display fittings may further be secured to an adjustable support such that an operator may position one or more fittings in a desired position, such as from a ceiling or other elevated surface. Additional embodiments may include an improved dual display support system that may support a plurality of support adapters each having one or more fitting supports coupled with fitting displays to more efficiently place, support, and/or retrieve elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials having multiple anchor positions.
Bracket assembly
A bracket assembly includes a supporting bar, a cylindrical member configured to slidably receive the supporting bar, an annular cap configured to removably couple with the cylindrical member, an arm extending outwardly from the annular cap, a torque cartridge, and a clamping element configured to releasably hold a frame. The torque cartridge includes a first portion and a second portion rotatably coupled with the first portion. The first portion of the torque cartridge is received within the arm such that the second portion of the torque cartridge is rotatable relative to the first portion and to the arm. The clamping element is coupled with the second portion of the torque cartridge at an outer end of the arm such that the clamping element is rotatable relative to the arm and to the annular cap.
Low Temperature Method For Hermetically Joining Non-Diffusing Ceramic Materials In Multi-Layer Plate Devices
A method for the joining of ceramic pieces with a hermetically sealed joint comprising brazing a layer of joining material between the two pieces. The wetting and flow of the joining material is controlled by the selection of the joining material, the joining temperature, the joining atmosphere, and other factors. The ceramic pieces may be on a non-diffusable type, such as aluminum nitride, alumina, beryllium oxide, and zirconia, and the pieces may be brazed with an aluminum alloy under controlled atmosphere. The joint material is adapted to later withstand both the environments within a process chamber during substrate processing, and the oxygenated atmosphere which may be seen within the shaft of a heater or electrostatic chuck.
Safety securing apparatus
A safety device for securing a television or similar household item against tipping or rocking. The safety device has a pair of base units and a pair of locking arms. The base units are secured to the television and a nearby wall by adhesive or other reliable methods. The locking arms are each secured to one of the base units but a connection lug that permits pivoting movement. The locking arms are secured together by L-shaped studs, adjustment slots, and locking pins. The locking arms are rigid so as to prevent unwanted movement of the television.
