Hinged baffle assembly for heat recovery steam generator
Hinged baffle assemblies for heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) are disclosed. The baffle assemblies may include a baffle plate for directing exhaust fluid through a casing of the HRSG. The baffle plate may include first and second ends, a first surface exposed to the exhaust fluid flowing through the casing, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The baffle assemblies may also include a hinge component coupled to the first end of the baffle plate and positioned within/fixed relative to the casing. Additionally, the baffle assemblies may include a first diverter plate positioned adjacent to the second end of the baffle plate. The first diverter plate may directly contact the first surface of the baffle plate and may aid in directing the exhaust fluid through the casing of the HRSG.

Fastener connecting member suited with a fastener
A fastener connecting member suited with a fastener, comprising a third through hole and a plurality of third inner flanges. The fastener includes a post. A plurality of third inner flanges used for being clamped by the adjacent outer bosses of the fastener are provided on an inner wall of the third through hole at different heights. An upper surface and a lower surface of each of the third inner flanges form a wedge in a plane of the axis of the post. The third inner flanges are coordinated with adjacent outer bosses to realize radial positioning of the fastener connecting member and the fastener.
Method of sizing a cavity in a part
A method of sizing a cavity in a part and a part made from such method. The method includes forming the part having the cavity, including forming a plurality of protrusions extending within the cavity from at least one internal surface of the cavity, the protrusions having distal ends bordering an unobstructed portion of the cavity, the unobstructed portion having an initial dimension at least partially defined by a position of the distal ends, pressing a deforming element against the distal ends of the protrusions to plastically deform the protrusions toward the at least one internal surface of the cavity and increase the initial dimension to a final dimension, and disengaging the deforming element from the distal ends.
Fastener
The device is combination of a fastener and a splicing piece suited with the fastener. The fastener includes a post, a plurality of outer bosses, an outer slab, a first hole and a second inner flange. The plurality of outer bosses are provided in an upper portion of the post. The plurality of outer bosses include a first outer boss, a second outer boss and a third outer boss. The first outer boss is located under the second outer boss. At least a local portion of the splicing piece is a platy portion. Connecting through holes are provided in the platy portion. The connecting through holes include a first through hole. A first inner flange used for being clamped by a lower surface of the first outer boss and an upper surface of the second outer boss is provided on an inner wall of the first through hole.
Connecting assembly for connecting boards
A connecting assembly for connecting boards includes a rod member and a buckle member. The rod member includes a head portion, a rod body and a tip portion which are integrally formed and connected in sequence. By using an engaging hole to engage with an annular engaging groove, the connection of the boards is more firm due to a circumferential joint. Besides, the buckle member is provided with a cross-shaped groove, which makes it easier for the user to adjust the direction when in use. The structure design is reasonable and more convenient for use.
Angled slide in retaining clip tower
A retaining clip tower includes a locking feature with a circular opening for a clip stem to be inserted and a rectangular opening disposed below the circular opening that can allow for a lower flange of a clip to be inserted at an angle into the locking feature wherein that the clip can complete the angled slide in such that the entire clip sits level inside the locking feature with the lower flange disposed below the locking feature and such that the clip resists extraction against vertical and horizontal forces.

Hanging-Board-and-Hook-Member Connecting Structure
A hanging-board-and-hook-member connecting structure includes a body and a hook member. The body is additionally provided with upper and lower elastic portions which are used to abut against the hanging board. The hanging-board-and-hook-member connecting structure has a simple structure and can improve the flexibility and convenience of disassembly and assembly, and can be mounted on hanging boards of different thicknesses. The disassembling and assembling process causes no deformation and fracture, making the assembling and disassembling easier without damaging the surface of the components. Besides, both the upper and lower elastic portions have elasticity, which allows for easy disassembling of the upper elastic portion and adjustment of the lower elastic portion.
