FASTENER STRUCTURE
20180335065 · 2018-11-22 ·

A fastener structure includes a fixing member and an operating member. The fixing member includes a limiting section and a body portion; and the operating member includes an operating section, a retaining section and an engaging section connected to the body portion. The body portion can be mounted to an object, and the operating section can be manipulated to move the engaging section on the body portion and to fasten the retaining section to another object. When the operating section is manipulated reversely, the retaining section can be released from the other object to thereby separate the two objects from each other. Therefore, with the fastener structure, two objects can be quickly fastened together and easily released from each other.

Binding screw for a wire connection assembly and wire connection assembly

A binding screw for a wire connection assembly comprises a driving section, a threaded section, and a contact section. The contact section has a tapered penetration portion establishing electrical contact with a stranded wire. A length of the penetration portion is at least three-quarters of a diameter of the binding screw in the threaded section.

Double-end threaded body and internally-threaded body

A duplex threaded body having a right-handed and left-handed thread on the circumferential surface of a single solid member. A single-nut or double-nut type internally-threaded body demonstrates a locking effect at an intermediate position without substantially loosening by using a combination of a duplex externally-threaded body and one or more internally-threaded bodies. Moreover, a screw structure in which a pair of internally-threaded bodies can only be removed once they are mutually coupled when screwed onto a duplex externally-threaded body, making it possible to impart tamper-proof characteristics and a locking effect. The duplex externally-threaded body has, on the outer circumferential surface, an overlapping region with a clockwise spiral right-handed thread and a counter-clockwise spiral left-handed thread in an overlapping manner. A right-handed internally-threaded body in which a right-handed thread is formed, and a left-handed internally-threaded body in which a left-handed thread is formed, that are screwed onto a duplex externally-threaded body.

This invention uses disc shaped cams in enlarged hoes in machine feet to allow a machine to be moved and properly installed to the bedplate. Once the machine is in the proper location, the cams are locked into place with a set screw which prevents the cams from rotating and the machine from moving. The machine foot is then secured to the base by a washer and the manufacturer's specified anchor bolt is torqued to the proper value.

Slotted set screw structure

A slotted set screw includes a shank, a slot, a cut metal waste storing recess and an outer thread portion. The slot is provided at an end of the shank and includes an opening and a slot bottom surface. The cut metal waste storing recess is provided on the opening of the slot and includes a first vertical wall, a second vertical wall and a horizontal bottom surface. A first horizontal bottom edge connects between the first vertical wall and the horizontal bottom surface while a second horizontal bottom edge connects between the second vertical wall and the horizontal bottom surface. An included angle is formed between the first horizontal bottom edge or the second horizontal bottom edge and a longitudinal axis of the slot less than a right angle. In an embodiment, the bottom surface is lower than a level of the slot bottom surface in a vertical direction.
