Rod bracket
An anchorless-installed wall-mount bracket system comprising a plurality of wall-penetrating fasteners. A wall-mount portion constructed to orient the wall-penetrating fasteners for supporting a load. A load bearing portion constructed to support the load at a hanging distance from the wall-mount portion. The load bearing portion extending laterally away from the wall-mount portion. Afinial attachment feature constructed to support any one of a plurality of distinct finials adapted for use with the wall-mount bracket system. The finial attachment feature disposed on the load bearing portion so that a finial attached thereto is at least partially exposed beyond the load when the load is disposed at the hanging distance.

LOCK FOR HOLDING A FIRST PART TO A SECOND PART AND ASSEMBLY OF A FIRST PART AND A SECOND PART
A lock for holding a first part to a second part comprises a holding body with a receptacle for receiving a protruding part of the second part. The holding body has a wall that borders the receptacle and a locking element, the locking element having a protrusion, whereby the locking element has a first position, whereby in the first position the protrusion is in a locking position, whereby in the locking position the protrusion protrudes from the wall into the receptacle by a first amount and the locking element has a second position, whereby in the second position the protrusion is in a release position, whereby in the release position the protrusion either protrudes from the wall into the receptacle by a second amount, whereby the second amount is smaller than the first amount, or the protrusion does not protrude from the wall.
Convertible metal backings and related methods
A substrate usable with a double-side adhesive strip to suspend the substrate to a wall surface. The substrate can have one or more access holes located within an outer perimeter of the substrate. Each access hole has an inner perimeter inwardly of the outer perimeter that is sized and shaped to allow a tab of the double-sided adhesive strip to be extracted through the inner perimeter, after the substrate is suspended on the wall surface. Various articles can attach to the suspended substrate, such as through magnetic attachment, a hook, or a shelf.

Locking mechanism
A locking mechanism comprises an S-shaped locking member which comprises respective locking hooks arranged at the end of opposed arms of the locking member. A pivot is arranged between the arms of the locking member. The locking member rotates around the axis (A) of the pivot. The locking mechanism further comprises a coupling for coupling the locking member to an actuator for rotating the locking member around the pivot axis (A). The coupling comprises at least one coupling element, an actuator coupling for coupling the at least one coupling element to the actuator and first and second drive couplings for coupling the at least one coupling element independently to each arm of the locking member for transmitting rotational movement thereto, such that failure of one arm of the locking member will not cause loss of drive to the other arm of the locking member.
System and method for locational image processing
Mobile data processing Systems (MSs) interact with systems in their vicinity, and with each other, in communications and interoperability. Graphical objects are recognized in an image field of view, for example to calculate, determine, or confirm location information.
Universal window banding clip system
A system for improving the alignment of building product frame members. The system includes a first and second clip member each with an arcuate edge releasably positioned into a channel within the opposed frame members. A longitudinally extending banding strap looped through openings in both first and second clip member. The first end of the longitudinally extending banding strap is inserted into a banding strap tensioning apparatus and tension is applied to the first end as well as to a longitudinally disposed segment of the banding strap that is also inserted into the banding strap tensioning apparatus. Once the specified span is achieved, the overlapping first end and longitudinally disposed segment are bonded together using the banding member tensioning apparatus thereby preventing movement of the first and second frame members away from one another. Sealant is applied to the frame members and the banding strap clip members are removed.

STRAP CONNECTION SYSTEMS, QUICK CONNECTORS, AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A male-female quick connect system is described, along with related methods and uses. Example applications include using the strap as an exercise resistance trainer band, a boating mooring connector, a replacement or supplement to freight transport tie-downs, and others. An interchangeable strap connection system is described, having: a male connector; a strap connected to the male connector; a plurality of female sockets spaced from one another and anchored to a substrate, with each female socket structured to permit the male connector to interchangeably quick connect with and quick release from the female socket.
