Light fixtures with a pivotable mounting hook
11493191 · 2022-11-08 · ·

An housing for use with a light fixture is described with a housing body and a mounting hook. The housing body can have an upper surface and a hook mounting hub exposed on the upper surface. The mounting hook can be rotatably coupled to the hook mounting hub and adapted to rotate between a stowed position where the hook lies substantially flush or proximate with the upper surface of the housing body and an upraised position where the hook extends upwardly from the upper surface of the housing body.

STORAGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR COUPLING TO A SIDE OF AN AUTOMOBILE
20230035419 · 2023-02-02 ·

Various implementations include a storage device for coupling to a side of an automobile. The device includes a strap and at least one rack. The strap has a strap longitudinal axis, a first strap portion, and a second strap portion. The strap includes two or more strap attachment portions. The rack has a first component defining a first component surface and a second component defining a second component surface. A plane defined by the second component surface is transverse to a plane defined by the first component surface. The rack includes a rack attachment portion coupled to the first component. The first strap portion and second strap portion are removably couplable to portions of the automobile. The rack attachment portion is removably couplable to a strap attachment portion such that the first component surface faces the strap and the second component extends from the first component away from the strap.

Disclosed is a fixing (1) for securing an article (21) to a surface (19). The fixing comprising a coupling arrangement (3) for coupling the fixing to an article such as cabling. Elongate members (5) extend from the coupling arrangement and are moved together to insert the fixing into a cavity (17), and spring apart to retain the fixing in the cavity. The elongate members have resiliently deformable inner formations (9). The inner formations engage with one another and resiliently deform when the elongate members are brought together, thereby increasing the pull resistance of the fixing. The inner formations are inwardly extending branches each presenting a ramped surface oriented towards the distal ends (8) of the respective elongate member, assisting in coupling an article to the fixing.

J-HOOK ROD HOLDER
20220338625 · 2022-10-27 ·

A rod holder includes a first socket, the first socket located at the top of the rod holder, being C-shaped, and opening forward. A second socket is located below the first socket, is N-shaped, and opens downward. An U-shaped cradle resides opposite the first socket from the second socket and opens upward. A rod holder body has a first end connected to the first and second sockets and a second end connected to the cradle. The first and second sockets reside in a plane, and the cradle resides forward of the plane and the rod holder body extends rearward from the plane. The cradle may include one or more protrusions proximate to its opening. A method of installing a rod holder is also provided.

Joint structure and method for assembling a joint structure

A joint structure installed in the physical structure is provided. The joint structure includes a first latching member and a second latching member. The first latching member includes a first main body, a head portion extending from the first main body and a first convex portion extending from the first main body. The second latching member includes a second main body, a second convex portion extending from the second main body and a third convex portion extending from the second main body. When the first latching member and the second latching member are in an assembling status, the first convex portion slides between the second convex portion and the third convex portion.

Intravenous (IV) bag hanger with ligature-resistance

A ligature-resistant bag hanger for supporting an intravenous (IV) bag prevents formation of ligatures over an IV pole and on the bag support hooks. Internal components of the ligature-resistant IV bag hanger are enclosed in a housing. The internal components of the ligature-resistant bag hanger include one or more bag support hooks that have an extension portion extending from an interior of the housing and that are rotatable around an axle located within the housing. In a reset position, the bag support hook(s) support(s) an intravenous bag in a saddle portion of the hook up to a threshold weight limit. In a triggered position, initiated by a downward force in excess of the threshold weight limit rotating the hook downward, the hook rotates so that an attempted ligature formed above the saddle portion of the hook is released by retraction of the saddle portion of the within the housing.
