DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a first display panel, a second display panel opposite the first display panel, a frame positioned between the first display panel and the second display panel, a first opening formed on the frame and positioned on a lower back side of the first display panel, a second opening formed on the frame and positioned on an upper back side of the second display panel, a first printed circuit board (PCB) electrically connected to the first display panel and positioned in the first opening, and a second PCB electrically connected to the second display panel and positioned in the second opening.
CONNECTIVE UNIT TO CONNECT A ROLLER WITH A SEAT'S LEG
A connective unit to connect a roller with a seat's leg is disclosed. The connective unit comprises a supportive arm, a plastic cylindrical member, a pivotally connective member and a roller. The plastic cylindrical member may engage with a cylindrical hole provided in the supportive arm. The upper end of the pivotally connective member may engage with a first connective hole and the lower end of the pivotally connective member may engage with a second connective hole of the roller. Thanks to presence of the plastic cylindrical member, when the pivotally connective member rotates and causes the roller to rotate with it, the supportive arm doesn't have any contact with the pivotally connective member and thus noisy friction and impacts between them as in the prior art may be avoided. Therefore, the plastic cylindrical member is difficult to wear out as the pivotally connective member rotates.
Bi-directional dampening and assisting unit
A dynamic platform with extending struts has fastened thereto a bi-directional torsional power unit to selectively deliver force opposing either extension or flexion, and to provide assistance in a respective opposite direction. The power unit is threadably mounted on a hinge pin (spline) centrally located on the platform, and is latched to a catch assembly radially located thereto, the hinge pin of the platform communicating with one end of a torsion spring of the power unit and the catch assembly communicating with another end of the torsion spring, to selectively deliver the extension/flexion force. The power unit can be detached, with simple manual operation of the catch assembly, without tools, flipped over and reattached to the same platform attachment points to switch (reverse) extension torque to flexion torque and vice versa.
NON-VIEW OBSTRUCTING UMBRELLA
An adjustable non-view obscuring umbrella having a canopy and a support structure. The support structure having a support post, a plurality of non-articulating umbrella ribs, and at least one articulating umbrella rib. An articulating umbrella rib having an upper rib member, a lower rib member, and an umbrella rib articulation mechanism. An umbrella rib articulation mechanism having an upper bracket and a rotation actuation member, wherein the rotation actuation member is rotationally coupled to the upper bracket
Injecting a hydrate slurry into a reservoir
A method and systems are provided for injecting a hydrate slurry into a reservoir. The method includes combining gas and water within a subsea simultaneous water and gas (SWAG) injection system. The method also includes forming a hydrate slurry from the gas and the water, and injecting the hydrate slurry into a reservoir.
ARTICULATING LOCKING MECHANISM FOR A SEATBACK
An articulating locking mechanism includes a support bracket with an upwardly opening receiving slot having an open top portion and closed bottom portion. A spring member is coupled to the support bracket at a mounting portion and includes a ramp portion disposed adjacent to the receiving slot. A pivot member includes a pivot bushing and a rotating mounting shaft extending outwardly from the pivot bushing. The pivot busing is received in the receiving slot of the support bracket, and is retained by the ramp portion of the spring member when the pivot busing is fully seated in the receiving slot of the support bracket.
Ball stud system for use within a ball joint
A ball stud system that provides a ball stud that will not loosen easily under the application of repetitive side loading on the ball portion of the stud. The ball stud is secured to the vehicle steering knuckle arm using the combination of a tapered nut and tapered washer. The tapered nut includes slots and the pin of the ball stud an aperture. A cotter pin may be placed through the slots and aperture in order to further prevent rotation of the nut.
