A pass roll for a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet manufacturing facility, the pass roll includes: a roll body; and a heat-resistant felt layer covering the roll body, wherein the heat-resistant felt layer has a thermal decomposition temperature of 420 C. or higher and has a surface hardness evaluation index at 400 C. of more than 0.11 m/N.
CONDUCTIVE ROLL FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC MACHINE
Provided is a conductive roll for an electrophotographic machine. The conductive roll is a charging roll and includes a shaft body, and an elastic body layer formed on an outer periphery of the shaft body. The elastic body layer is a crosslinked body of a composition containing a diene-based polymer (a), a sulfur or peroxide crosslinking agent (b), carbon black (c), and a coupling agent (d). (c) has a specific surface area of 40 to 300 m.sup.2/g. (d) is a coupling agent having a NHR.sup.1 group and a SSO.sub.3H group, or a coupling agent having a NHR.sup.1 group and an ene structure (where R.sup.1 is H or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms). The contents of (c) and (d) in the composition are respectively 10 to 45 parts by mass and 0.5 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of (a).
TRANSMISSION ROLLER, AND PIN-TEETH CYCLOID REDUCER WITH THE SAME AND BEARING WITH THE SAME
The present invention provides a transmission roller, a pin-teeth cycloid reducer with the same and a bearing. The transmission roller comprises a hollow roller which is made by spirally and closely winding a steel strip or a steel wire, and the length of the hollow roller remains unchanged when both ends thereof distributed along the axial direction are squeezed. When the hollow roller is subjected to external pressure, the ends thereof will not be easily damaged, and will not extend to the middle part during use, thus having a long service life.
Electrophotography device development roll including shaft, elastic layer and surface layer
An electrophotography device development roller in which an increase in the electric charge of a toner is suppressed is provided. This electrophotography device development roller 10 is provided with a shaft 12, an elastic layer 14 formed on the outer circumference of the shaft 12, and a surface layer 16 formed on the outer circumference of the elastic layer 14. The surface layer 16 contains components (a) to (c) below. Component (a) a binder comprising acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile amount of 30 mass % or more; component (b) an ion-conducting agent comprising at least one selected from a phosphonium salt and a pyridinium salt; and component (c) an electric charge regulator comprising an acrylic polymer having a silicone group or fluorine-containing group and a cationic group.

Reduced Weight Magnetic Cylinder
A magnetizable cylinder has a cylinder body formed from a magnetizable material with an outer cylindrical surface configured to receive a flexible cutting die. The cylinder body has first and second axial ends spaced apart by the outer cylindrical surface and a hollow interior. First and second journals are joined to the cylinder body with interference fits. At least one of the first and second journals has a weep hole extending through the journal into the hollow interior of the cylinder body. The interference fit of the journals to the cylinder body result from thermal changes of at least one of the first journal, the second journal, and the cylinder body prior to joining the first journal to the cylinder body and the second journal the cylinder body.
ROTARY-BODY SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A rotary-body support structure includes: a rotary body including a rotary shaft and a contact portion spirally wound around the rotary shaft; and bearing parts that rotatably support the rotary body. The amount of engagement of the rotary body with a contact body that is in contact with the contact portion of the rotary body changes when the rotary body moves toward one side in a rotation axis direction.
Roller and locking method thereof
The present disclosure provides a roller and a locking method thereof. The roller includes a main body, a first groove provided on an inner surface of the main body, and a first elastic component fitted with the first groove; wherein a through hole for receiving and fixing a shaft is provided on the first elastic component. The present disclosure can be used to lock shafts.
FIXING MEMBER, FIXING DEVICE, AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS
Provided is a fixing member for electrophotography having excellent toner releasability even when used for a long time period. The fixing member includes a base layer, an elastic layer, and a surface layer in the stated order. The surface layer contains a fluorine resin and a fluorine oil having a perfluoropolyether structure. The mass P11 of an adhered substance including the fluorine oil, adhered in the unit area of the detection surface of a QCM sensor when a measurement sample collected from the surface layer is subjected to a predetermined treatment (i), is 1.010.sup.2 ng or more and 1.010.sup.4 ng or less, and the mass P12 of an adhered substance including the fluorine oil, adhered in the unit area of the detection surface of the QCM sensor when the sample is subjected to a predetermined treatment (ii), is 0.5P11 or more and 1.2P11 or less.
