Guide rail with fastening holes and heat sink

A guide rail, for use with a guide carriage having at least one row of rolling elements, extends along a longitudinal axis and has at least one running surface for the rolling elements, a separate heat sink, and a plurality of first through holes. The running surface is arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis. The heat sink extends along the longitudinal axis and lies against the guide rail. At least sections of the heat sink delimit a first and a second cooling channel that each extend along the longitudinal axis. The first through holes are distributed along the longitudinal axis and are configured to receive screw-bolts. The heat sink has a plurality of second through holes, each aligning with and continuing an associated first through hole. The first and second cooling channels are located on opposite sides of the plurality of second through holes.

Sliding support assembly

The application discloses sliding support assemblies which allow for relative linear motion between two bodies. The sliding support assemblies include a rolling slide mechanism and a friction slide mechanism. The rolling slide mechanism provides a low resistance to sliding motion between the two bodies. The friction slide mechanism provides support to the sliding support assembly when the loading between the two bodies is increased.

GUIDE RAIL, AND STORAGE APPARATUS AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING SAME

Disclosed are a guide rail for allowing a drawer to be smoothly opened and closed, and a storage apparatus and a refrigerator having the same. The refrigerator includes a drawer accommodating room; a drawer accommodated in the drawer accommodating room; and a rail configured to guide the drawer to be pulled out of or pushed into the drawer accommodating room. The rail includes a first member extended along pulling-out or pushing-in directions of the drawer and supporting the drawer; a second member extended corresponding to the first member and supported in the drawer accommodating room of the refrigerator; and a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the first member and the second member and being in rolling-contact with the first member and the second member when the drawer is pulled out or pushed in. The second member includes a load support surface having an inward height difference as much as a predetermined gap from a rolling contact surface with which at least one second rolling element different from a first rolling element among the plurality of rolling elements is in rolling-contact so that at least one of the first rolling elements among the plurality of rolling elements is in contact with the first member and the second member and support a load of the drawer in a state that the drawer is positioned in at least one of a critical pull-out section or a critical push-in section. Thus, the refrigerator equally maintains a degree of contact between the rolling element and the members while the guide rail works, thereby uniformizing the operation quality of the guide rail.

Damping member for rolling guide device and seismic isolation structure utilizing same

Provided is a damping member which can be easily mounted to a rolling guide device already in use, can avoid an increase in size of the rolling guide device, and can easily enhance a damping force in an axial direction exerted by the rolling guide device. The damping member is applied to the rolling guide device in which a moving block is assembled to a track rail through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements, is provided to the track rail in series with the moving block, and includes: a friction member which includes a sliding contact pad in contact with at least the track rail; and a fixing holder, which includes a holding portion configured to cover the friction member so as to press the sliding contact pad against the track rail, and is configured to couple the friction member to the moving block.

Ball carriages

A ball carriage includes a raceway including an engagement segment to urge balls into rolling engagement with an element that is movable relative to the ball carriage. The engagement segment defines an opening through which balls are to engage the element. The raceway includes a return segment including a curved surface to take balls out of engagement with the element. The engagement segment and the return segment share a raceway surface that runs a full length of the raceway to contain balls within the raceway. A ramp is positioned at a transition from the engagement segment to the return segment. The ramp rises from the raceway surface at the opening towards the return segment to guide balls out of engagement with the element and into the return segment.

Ball bearing slide

A ball bearing slide includes: two outer slides, an inner slide located in the outer slides, two ball cages, and ball rows rollably arranged in the ball cages and supported between the inner slide and the outer slides; wherein the inner slide includes two end parts and a connecting part connecting the two end parts; the ball rows are located between the end parts and the outer slides; the outer slides drive the ball rows to rotate in a pull-out direction and a push-in direction; wherein each of the end parts of the inner slide has a free end; the free end of at least one of the end parts projects towards a centerline of the certain ball row to form a stopping part. During operation, the stopping part prevents the ball rows from falling off from the inner slide under excessive force.

Rheometer with a rotary rheometer and a linear DM (T)A analysis unit

A rheometer has rotary rheometer and a linear DM(T)A analysis unit. A measuring shaft of the rotary rheometer carries a measuring part that faces a measuring part carried on an adjusting rod of the linear analysis unit. The sample under test is placed in a measuring gap between the measuring parts. The DM(T)A analysis unit has a linear motor, in particular magnetically operated, with a stator and a slider, and a magnetically-operated gravitational compensation unit, by way of which it is possible to compensate for the weight force of the adjusting rod, the measuring part on the adjusting rod, the slider, and any optional the components fastened to the slider.
