Rail, connecting frame, and caster of a rail system for welding tables
Disclosed is a rail system for welding tables, including a base rail which is designed to be secured on or in a floor and has multiple openings corresponding to the openings of the welding tables; a connecting frame of a rail system for welding tables, said connecting frame being provided with rollers which are designed to interact with a circular rail; and a caster of a rail system for welding tables, said caster comprising a main part, rollers, and a tilting protection device. The is configured in that a circular rail is secured in a recess of the base rail. The connecting frame is configured in that a recess is provided in each base plate of the connecting frame, a rotating assembly roller being securable in the recess in different rotational positions. The caster is configured in that the rollers are designed to interact with a circular rail and the tilting protection device is designed to interact with a tilting protection recess and a tilting protection edge of a rail.
Magnetic bearing having permanent magnet assemblies with repulsive bearing surfaces
The magnetic bearings make use of magnet assemblies with a high magnetic field gradient. The magnet assemblies use two permanent magnets with opposite polarization in a Kittel open domain structure. The basic factor of magnetic separation is the magnetic force, which acts on a particle of the substance and which is proportional to the magnetic susceptibility of the substance, the value of the magnetic induction B and the value of the gradient B of the applied magnetic field. Therefore, increasing the sensitivity and selectivity of magnetic separation will require use of the highest possible values of magnetic induction B and magnetic field gradient B, or their united factorthe product BB. The magnetic assembly have repulsive magnetic systems each having two juxtaposed permanent magnets 2, 4 with opposite magnetization in the form of a Kittel open domain structure. In such an system, near the edges of the faces of the joining magnets, a strong magnetic stray field appears and the value of the product BB reaches 10.sup.11 mT.sup.2/m. To concentrate the magnetic stray field shields 6 are provided on top of the two magnets 2,4 with a gap 8 between the shields at the joint of the two magnets 2, 4 forming zones of high magnetic field gradient 14 with increased magnitude for the product BB.
NON-LINEAR BEARING RELEASE FOR LARGE MOVEABLE STRUCTURES
A release mechanism for a transport carriage used to move an elongated beam or truss is constructed using a non-linear bearing mounted on the carriage and connected to the truss and including upper and lower bearing mounting surfaces having complementary arcuate surfaces and a layer of layers of lower friction bearing material between them. The upper and lower bearing mounting surfaces being arranged to allow one plate to move relative to the other in an arcuate path in the direction of the space of the beam or truss.
Connection between a pitch control unit arm and a pitch horn
A detachable connection between a pitch control unit arm and a pitch horn of a blade holder in a tail rotor head of a tail rotor of a rotary wing aircraft includes a pin connecting the pitch horn, attached to a blade holder, with the pitch control unit arm of a pitch control unit, by protruding through an arm through hole and at another edge through a pitch horn through hole. By this arrangement, material wear is reduced and maintenance intervals can be reduced. This is reached because the pin is designed as a sliding pin projecting between pitch horn and pitch control unit arm, which is running in the course of its length through a spherical bearing in form of a ball with a central ball through hole.
