LOCKING MECHANISM FOR AN ARM OF AN AGRICULTURAL HEADER

A locking mechanism includes a pin configured to movably couple to a first element of an agricultural header, wherein the first element includes one of an arm and a frame. The locking mechanism also includes a mount configured to couple to a second element of the agricultural header, wherein the second element includes the other of the arm and the frame. The pin is disposed within an opening of the mount, the opening has a first portion configured to receive the pin while the pin is in a first position and to block relative movement between the pin and the mount to block rotation of the arm, and the opening has a second portion configured to receive the pin while the pin is in a second position and to enable relative movement between the pin and the mount to enable rotation of the arm.

The tie rod end includes a housing with an inner bore that extends along a central axis. A stud is partially received in the inner bore and has a shank portion which extends out of the inner bore for attachment with a gearbox. The tie rod end further includes an elastic boot body which extends from a first boot end, which is sealed with the housing, to a second boot end. A boot bearing, which is made of a plastic material, is secured with the second boot end. The boot bearing is in a dynamic sealing engagement with the shank portion of the stud. The boot bearing presents a plurality of radially inwardly extending and annularly-shaped ribs that contact the shank portion.

The universal joint (5, 7) includes first and second forks (23, 25) each having a pair of arms (61) with seats (61.1) for respective trunnions (27.1) of a spider (27). The arms (61) extend from an outer edge (91.1) of a collar (91) provided to increase the stiffness of the arms and reduce bending deformations thereof under heavy load operating conditions.

ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
20220416619 · 2022-12-29 ·

An electric work machine, such as a lawn mower includes a motor case (22) fixed inside a main-body housing (10). A brushless motor (21) is housed inside the motor case (22) and includes a stator (23) having a stator core (40), coils (45), and upper and lower insulators (42, 43), and a rotor (24) disposed inward of the stator (23) and having a rotary shaft (25). A spindle (17) is driven by the rotary shaft (25). The motor case (22) holds the stator (23) and axially supports the rotary shaft (25) via bearings (68, 76). One or more insulating members, such as an insulating cap (67) and/or a resin layer (78), provide electrical insulation between the stator core (40) and the rotary shaft (25).

Sealing assembly for bearings, in particular for use in agriculture

A sealing assembly for bearings, in particular for use in agriculture, comprising a primary sealing barrier and a secondary sealing barrier, which are arranged in series along a potential path (P) of ingress of contaminants into the bearing, and have, respectively, a first seal and a second seal with a plurality of contact lips. The contact lips of the first and second seal with a plurality of contact lips may be static lips that do not rotate about an axis (A) of rotation of the bearing.

Electric Motor and Blade Assembly for a Lawn Mower

An assembly for protecting components of an electric motor on a lawn mower deck includes a shaft connected at opposite ends to the motor rotor and a blade adapter. The blade adapter is interconnected to a cutting blade. A blade mounting gap is defined between a shoulder of the blade adapter and a head of a fastener that secures the blade to the shaft. A biasing member is captured within the blade mounting gap and frictionally couples the blade and the shaft for rotation together. The blade slips with respect to the shaft in response to the blade encountering a force that overcomes the blade coupling friction.

ROTARY FEED-THROUGH, IN PARTICULAR FOR REGULATING TYRE PRESSURE

A rotary feed-through, designed to transfer a fluid between two entities in rotary motion with respect to one another. The rotary feed-through includes an inner cylindrical ring and an outer cylindrical ring, which are free to turn with respect to one another and provided with channels for passage of the fluid. The channels are connected via at least one annular space axially delimited by seal rings housed in a cylindrical seat. The cylindrical seat faces radially outwards or inwards and is axially delimited, on one side, by an axial abutment of the inner and outer cylindrical rings and, on the other side, by an axial abutment of a lid, a closing ring, or an intermediate ring. The seal rings are interference fitted to the inner or outer cylindrical ring and provided with an elastic portion for contact with the surface of the inner or outer cylindrical ring.

ADJUSTABLE HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR A WALK-BEHIND MOWER
