MACHINE TOOL AND CONTROL METHOD OF MACHINE TOOL

A control system of a machine tool includes a hydraulic pressure adjuster. The hydraulic pressure adjuster includes a sequence program controller that includes components for adding a function of adjusting a hydrostatic pressure of a static pressure oil supplied to a hydrostatic pressure guide mechanism, which are a pressure setting unit, a constant acceleration motion controller, a workpiece-weight calculator and a supply state adjuster.

Methods for Making Rubber Bales

Methods for forming improved bales may include using baling equipment with multi-component bolster assemblies that may ease installation and removal, reduce wear and tear and maintenance, and/or improve efficiency by reducing material waste, imperfections, and/or contamination. The bolster assemblies may include a plurality of coupling portions that engage a hydraulic rod and may enable the bolster assembly to self-center within a press chamber during normal baling operations. The bolster assemblies also may include an island portion that may be attached to the coupling portions and to a bolster cap, and the latter may be attached using retainer bolts having substantially planar heads that may define lips that run about frustums. The bolts may substantially planar head may reduce irregularities in the bale and the lips may prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies.

BELLOWS SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND SLIDE TABLE DEVICE

A support structure for a bellows attached to a slide table, and which is capable of expanding and contracting in a movement direction of the slide table, includes support members that support the bellows, shafts disposed substantially in parallel with the movement direction of the slide table, and bushes that support the support member so as to be capable of moving in the movement direction of the slide table with respect to the shafts. Fluid bearings are formed by supplying a fluid between the bushes and the shafts.

The bolts may reduce irregularities in the bale and/or prevent material seepage into the bolster assemblies. During maintenance, an operator may remove only the bolster cap island assembly for cleaning, substantially reducing the time and strength needed to clean and/or repair the baler and reduce downtime.

PEDESTAL BEARING AND PRODUCTION PLANT WITH SUCH A PEDESTAL BEARING

A pedestal bearing that has a pedestal bearing housing with a bearing seat, a cooling duct system with at least one cooling duct, and an anti-friction bearing arranged in the bearing seat and has an anti-friction bearing outer ring. The bearing seat has a first inner circumferential side. The pedestal bearing housing has a first contact surface and is configured to transmit a bearing force (F) from the anti-friction bearing outer ring to the first contact surface. The cooling duct extends circumferentially and is configured to conduct a coolant, which can be fed into the cooling duct in order to cool the anti-friction bearing and/or the pedestal bearing housing. The first inner circumferential side of the bearing seat of the pedestal bearing housing delimits the cooling duct radially on the outside and the anti-friction bearing outer ring delimits the cooling duct radially on the inside.

TRIPLE ROW YOKE ROLLER ASSEMBLY

A yoke roller assembly includes an inner ring disposed in an outer ring. The yoke roller assembly includes first, second and third rows of rollers positioned between the inner ring and the outer ring. The outer ring has a first width, a first outside diameter and a radially outwardly extending lobe circumferentially extending therearound and formed integrally therewith. The lobe has opposing axial end faces extending a second width, and has a second outside diameter. The second row of rollers are positioned axially inward of the axial end faces of the lobe. The first and third row of rollers each have an axial end positioned axially inward of the axial end faces of the lobe.
