ROTARY MIXER AND SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A rotor assembly includes a generally cylindrical rotor having a drive end and a bearing end opposite to the drive end. The rotor is rotatable about a longitudinal axis. The rotor assembly further includes a transmission contained substantially within the rotor at the drive end. The transmission has an input shaft and an output shaft offset from the input shaft. The output shaft is operatively coupled to the rotor and is coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the rotor. The rotor assembly further includes a bearing assembly contained substantially within the rotor at the bearing end. The rotor assembly has a mounting axis and a bearing axis offset from the mounting axis. The bearing assembly further has a rotatable bearing operatively coupled to the rotor and is coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the rotor.

NON-LINEAR BEARING RELEASE FOR LARGE MOVEABLE STRUCTURES

A release mechanism for a transport carriage used to move an elongated beam or truss is constructed using a non-linear bearing mounted on the carriage and connected to the truss and including upper and lower bearing mounting surfaces having complementary arcuate surfaces and a layer of layers of lower friction bearing material between them. The upper and lower bearing mounting surfaces being arranged to allow one plate to move relative to the other in an arcuate path in the direction of the space of the beam or truss.

MECHANICAL CONTROL ARRANGEMENT FOR WORK VEHICLE

A work vehicle has an operator cabin and an adjustable seat, which is supported by a seat mount surface located within the operator cabin. An elongated opening opens to the interior of the cabin. A mechanical control system may include an operator input device, such as a joystick device, which is mounted to the adjustable seat and which moves therewith as the adjustable seat is slid along a first axis. The mechanical control system includes a port, which is located beneath the seat mount surface and spaced from the elongated opening. A mechanical linkage, such as a push-pull cable, extends from the operator input device, through the elongated opening and the port, and to the exterior of the operator cabin.

BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR AN AXIALLY LOADED MEMBER

The present invention relates to a system used in the offshore renewables or oil and gas industries for providing articulation at the end of a mooring line or a riser. The design uses a nested rubber segment (14) and orthogonal cylindrical bearings (12) to provide articulation with low resistance at both small and large oscillation angles. A relative rotational force applied between the axially loaded member (1) and the anchor assembly (4) causes the angle of the axially loaded member (1) to change to reduce such forces. The securement assembly comprises a bearing assembly (10) arranged to provide rotation about a pin (11). The bearing assembly (10) is arranged to provide two distinct stages for relative rotation. In the first stage, small relative rotations are accommodated by the flexion or deformation in the rubber layer (14). This deformation of the rubber layer (14) enables the axially loaded member (1) to rotate around the pin (11) and move relative to the anchor assembly (4). In the second stage, the further and subsequent movement of the axially loaded member (1) causes an articulating surface to physically slide over the bearing surface.

Provided is a roller, and more particularly, to a rotary shaft of the upper part of a rolling wheel, having an inclined surface formed along the circumference of an outer diametral surface thereof, is inserted into at least one coupling groove formed on a transfer bracket, a thrust member is provided at the upper part of the rotary shaft so as to allow a thrust load to be concentrated on the upper end of the rotary shaft or the thrust member, and a radial member is provided at the inner surface of the coupling groove and the rotary shaft positioned at the lower part of the thrust member, thereby supporting a radial load.

Closure with roller endlock

A closure is described. In a preferred embodiment a novel door roller is presented that is more resistant to a dislodgement force. The door roller comprises a bearing that rolls on a piece of round stock that is part of a door guide. When a dislodgement force is imposed on the door, the door bows and the bearing contacts the stock preventing dislodgement of the door roller from its track and allow the door to remain operational.
