CRANE AND METHOD FOR WEATHERVANING SUCH A CRANE
The present invention relates to a method for weathervaning of a crane which has a boom which can rotate about a vertical axis, a slewing gear motor and a slewing gear service brake for securing the boom in a rotational position with a securing torque in the crane mode, wherein in the case of a crane which has been out-of-operation, the boom is braked against rotation with an out-of-operation mode braking torque which is less than said securing torque in the crane mode. In this respect, the invention also relates to such a crane itself, in particular in the form of a revolving tower crane. In accordance with the invention, the out-of-operation mode braking torque is kept at least approximately constant over the range of the speed of rotation and over the range of the angle of rotation of the boom.
Clutch Assembly for a Motor Vehicle Drive Train, and Motor Vehicle Drive Train
A clutch assembly for the drive train of a motor vehicle includes a ratchet pawl carrier, which can be coupled to a first coupling element in a rotationally fixed manner, and a ratchet pawl counter element, which can be coupled to a second coupling element in a rotationally fixed manner. In a coupled state, ratchet pawls fastened to the ratchet pawl carrier engage in respective associated coupling recesses provided on the ratchet pawl counter-element. In a decoupled state, the ratchet pawls are positioned outside the coupling recesses. Each of the locking pawls is thereby loaded into a first locking pawl position by means of a respective associated spring, and can be loaded into a second locking pawl position by means of an associated actuating tappet.
Dual-acting electric one-way clutch assembly
A dual-acting selectable one-way coupling (SOWC) device configured to include a clutch module and an electromagnetic actuator module. The clutch module includes an outer race and an inner race assembly rotatable relative to the outer race. The inner race assembly including a rotatably driven first inner race member, a second inner race member, and compliant connector members drivingly interconnecting the first and second race members. The electromagnetic actuator module includes an electromagnetic actuator operable to releasably engage the second inner race member. An auxiliary locking assembly is operable to independently releasably engage the second inner race member.

Electro-Dynamic Coupling and Control Assembly and Switchable Linear Actuator Device for Use Therein
An electro-dynamic coupling and control assembly and a switchable linear actuator device are provided. The assembly has first and second coupling members each of which is supported for rotation about a common rotational axis and at least one locking member for selectively mechanically coupling the coupling members together. The device includes a stator structure including at least one electromagnetic source and a translator structure configured to be coupled to the second coupling member to rotate therewith. The translator structure includes at least one plunger which is elastically deformable in an axial direction to provide the device with compliance. Each plunger has a free end portion configured to move within a passage to engage and actuate a locking member within a pocket in the second coupling member.
Rotating shaft connection apparatus and multi-screen mobile terminal device
A rotating shaft connection apparatus and a multi-screen mobile terminal device are related to. The rotating shaft connection apparatus includes a rotating shaft, a drive member, an adapting member, and a magnetic member. The drive member is fixed on the rotating shaft; the adapting member and the magnetic member are rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft; the adapting member is located between the drive member and the magnetic member; and the adapting member is slidably engaged with the rotating shaft in an axial direction. In a first state, the adapting member is engaged with the drive member in a locking manner, and the rotating shaft is rotated so as to rotate the adapting member; and in a second state, the rotating shaft stops rotating, and the adapting member is engaged with the magnetic member in a locking manner.
Electromagnetic actuator and connection/disconnection apparatus
An electromagnetic actuator includes an electromagnetic coil, a yoke serving as a magnetic path of a magnetic flux of the electromagnetic coil, an armature configured to move in an axial direction while being attracted by the yoke by energization of the electromagnetic coil, and a housing that houses the armature. The armature and the housing are coupled to each other by an engagement structure in which protrusions provided on one of the members engage with engagement grooves formed in the other one of the members. At least a part of the engagement groove is inclined with respect to the axial direction. When the armature moves while being attracted by the yoke, the protrusions of the armature slide along the engagement grooves of the housing, and the armature turns relative to the housing along the inclination of the engagement grooves.

Electric actuator for marine steering system
An electric actuator comprises a housing and an output shaft reciprocatingly received by the housing. There is a screw assembly disposed within the housing and coupled to the output shaft. The screw assembly includes a plurality of annular rollers and a central screw received by the annular rollers. The annular rollers are rotatable about the central screw. There is a motor which includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor has an inner bore which engages the annular rollers. Rotation of the rotor causes the central screw to translate axially relative to the rotor and the output shaft to reciprocate relative to the housing.
