Spindle system for wheel alignment correction with brake adjustment
A spindle sleeve and washer for adjusting the camber, toe, or thrust angle of a vehicle wheel to a desired predetermined angle which allows for use of existing hub and spindle assembly without permanent modification to the vehicle.
Adjusting unit for an automatic slack adjuster
An adjusting unit for an automatic slack adjuster of a vehicle drum brake includes a housing (19), a worm shaft (2) mounted in the housing (19) so as to be movable between two end positions along an axial travel (A), a control pinion (9) arranged on the worm shaft, a worm (7) arranged on the worm shaft, and a freewheel (13) for power transmission between the control pinion (9) and the worm (7) in a first direction of rotation and for slip between the control pinion (9) and the worm (7) in an opposite, second direction of rotation. The worm shaft (2) has a first stop surface (3) and a second stop surface (5), which can each be brought into contact with a corresponding first stop (25) and second stop (21) at the end positions of the housing (19). An automatic slack adjuster includes such an adjusting unit.
Lining wear adjustment device for a disc brake
A lining wear adjustment device for a disc brake with a brake application device having a brake actuating lever, which can preferably be inserted into an adjustment spindle of the disc brake, includes an adjusting shaft with an external bearing, a rotary drive element and a clutch device for switchable coupling of the rotary drive element to the adjusting shaft. The clutch device is an electrically controllable solenoid clutch with at least one electromagnetic coil.
DEVICE FOR MANUALLY AND/OR ELECTROMOTIVELY ADJUSTING OR SECURING A FIRST VEHICLE PART AND A SECOND VEHICLE PART RELATIVE TO EACH OTHER
A device for manually and/or electromotively adjusting or securing a first vehicle part and a second vehicle part relative to each other is provided. The device comprising an adjustment part which has a joint for pivotable arrangement on the first vehicle part, wherein the adjustment part is to be arranged on the first vehicle part in such a manner that, when the vehicle parts are adjusted relative to each other, the adjustment part moves relative to the second vehicle part, an output element which is to be arranged on the second vehicle part, is operatively connected to the adjustment part and is drivable in order to move the adjustment part relative to the second vehicle part, a shaft connected to the output element, and a flexible force transmission element which is fastened at a first end and at a second end to the adjustment part.

Brake system
The invention relates to a brake system, in particular wedge drum brake for utility vehicles, comprising a transmission element and a piston element, wherein the transmission element is guided displaceably along a transmission axis, wherein the piston element is guided displaceably transversely with respect to the transmission axis, wherein the transmission element has a transmission surface which is oriented in an inclined manner with respect to the transmission axis, wherein the piston element is supported with a piston surface on the transmission surface, wherein a displacement of the transmission element along the transmission axis brings about a displacement of the piston element substantially transversely with respect to the transmission axis.
Electric actuator for S-cam brake
A drum brake assembly includes a brake spider having a central aperture configured to receive an axle extending therethrough and first and second brake shoes. Each of the first and second brakes shoes has a first end pivotally coupled to the brake spider. First and second cam followers are disposed at corresponding second ends of the first and second brake shoes. A camshaft has a shaft extending through a camshaft aperture in the brake spider and disposed along a rotational axis and a cam disposed at a first end of the shaft and in engagement with the first and second cam followers. An electric motor has an output shaft coupled to the camshaft. A controller is configured to drive the electric motor to cause rotation of the camshaft and move the first and second brake shoes between positions of engagement and disengagement with an associated braking surface.
Brake unit
A brake unit for utility vehicles includes a carrier unit and a transmission element. The carrier unit has a guide section in which the transmission element can be arranged such that the transmission element can be moved along a guide axis. The transmission element includes a first receiving section, which can be engaged with a piston rod of a brake cylinder, and a second receiving section, which can be engaged with a tappet of a wedge unit. The transmission element is configured to transfer forces and transfers along the guide axis between the piston rod and the tappet.
