CORDLESS ROLLER BLIND

A cordless roller blind includes a roller tube, a blind fabric wound around the roller tube, and at least one brake device. A coil spring is arranged in the roller tube, and the torsion of the coil spring changes as the roller tube rotates. The torsion force of the coil spring, the friction force provided by the brake device and the weight of a hanging portion of the blind fabric are mutually balanced, so that the blind fabric remains stationary at any position without an external force. When the external force pushes the blind fabric to move upward, pressure acting on the brake device decreases as the external force offsets the weight of the blind fabric, and the friction decreases accordingly, and the torsion force of the coil spring drives the blind fabric to wind up.

DETACHABLE CENTRIFUGAL BRAKE FOR LIFT EQUIPMENT

A detachable centrifugal brake (1) provided for lift equipment, comprising a central core (2) linked to a rotation shaft attached to motor means, an inner drum (4) having a contact surface provided to come into contact with brake elements which act due to the effects of centrifugal force. Furthermore, releasable coupling means are provided for locking/unlocking the inner drum (4) with respect to a stationary portion externally enveloping the inner drum (4), such that in a first operating position the inner drum (4) is integrally coupled to the outer drum while in a second operating position the inner drum (4) is free to rotate on its own shaft by means of the arrangement of rotation means. The coupling means include actuation means which act on the coupling means.

MONITORING HEALTH OF SAFETY BRAKES IN AUXILIARY LIFT DEVICES
20210237906 · 2021-08-05 · ·

An aircraft system monitors health of passive safety brakes on a plurality of auxiliary lift wing devices of an aircraft wing. The wing includes an actuator driveline, and a plurality of actuators are secured to the driveline for extending and retracting the auxiliary lift wing devices. Each actuator incorporates a passive safety brake, and a flight computer enables the actuators to synchronously extend and retract the auxiliary lift wing devices. Torque sensors are fixed to the actuator driveline, each torque sensor being positioned adjacent an actuator for sensing static torque values at that actuator location. When an aerodynamic load acting on any one extended auxiliary lift wing device creates a higher static torque value at one actuator location relative to others, the aircraft system generates a warning signal and/or message to indicate occurrence of a potential safety brake failure within the one actuator.

There is provided an indicator system for a torque limiter. The system comprises a first component extending around an axis (A) and comprising one or more radially extending cam surfaces, and a second component in combination with a third component. The third component is fixed against rotation relative to the second component, but is axially movable relative to the second component. The third component comprises one or more notches, each receiving one of the radially extending cam surfaces. Upon relative rotation between the first component and the combination of the second component and the third component, a surface of each of the notches is configured to ride up a corresponding cam surface of the first component, causing the third component to move axially away from the second component.
