Cable car carriage
A cable car carriage for transporting goods or passengers has two opposing spaced-apart crawlers. Each of the crawlers has a crawler chain composed of juxtaposed chain links. A support cable can be inserted between the opposing crawlers on the opposing chain links of the crawler chains. A pressing mechanism connects the crawlers with one another, and is designed to adjust the distance between the crawlers as well as the pressing force of the two crawlers relative to each other and/or the pressing force of the two crawlers against the support cable. The crawler chains are driven in a circulating movement by a drive via a crawler running gear, thus moving the cable car carriage along the support cable. A cable crane, a passenger gondola, a cable saddle, and a transport assembly employing the cable car carriage are also disclosed.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MAGNETIC NEGATIVE-STIFFNESS MECHANISM AND MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MAGNETIC NEGATIVE-STIFFNESS VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM COMPOSED THEREOF
A multi-dimensional magnetic negative-stiffness mechanism and a multi-dimensional magnetic negative-stiffness vibration isolation system composed thereof are provided. The multi-dimensional damping system is composed of a positive-stiffness mechanism, a multi-dimensional negative-stiffness mechanism, a floating frame, a vibration isolated body, and a mounting base. The positive-stiffness mechanism is a traditional elastic element connected to the vibration isolated body and the mounting base, and provides supporting forces in an X direction, a Y direction, and a Z direction, and a basic vibration isolation function. The multi-dimensional negative-stiffness mechanism is composed of at least two negative-stiffness magnetic groups. Each negative-stiffness magnetic group may provide one-dimensional or two-dimensional negative stiffness. Through a series connection of the at least two negative-stiffness magnetic groups, a two-dimensional or three-dimensional negative-stiffness effect may be implemented to improve the vibration isolation performance of the system in multiple dimensions.

Hydraulic damper with a hydraulic compression stop assembly
A hydraulic damper for a vehicle including a main tube. A first piston assembly is slideably disposed in the main tube and axially divides the main tube into a rebound chamber and a primary compression chamber. A hydraulic compression stop assembly is disposed in the primary compression chamber and includes a narrowed section extending between an open end and a closed end. A second piston assembly is slideably disposed in the narrowed section and is coupled with the first piston assembly. The second piston assembly has a piston tube that extends between an opened end and a shut end. A displaceable partition is slideably disposed in the piston tube. A first auxiliary compression chamber is defined between the partition and the closed end of the narrowed section. A second auxiliary compression chamber is defined between the partition and the shut end of the piston tube.
VISCOELASTIC DAMPING BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The invention relates to a method for producing a viscoelastic damping body (1, 20, 30), comprising at least one spring element (4) and at least one damping element coupled thereto, wherein the method is characterized in that the damping element and optionally also the spring element (4) are produced by means of a 3-D printing method. The invention further relates to a viscoelastic damping body (1, 20, 30) that is or can be produced according to such a method and to a volume body comprising or consisting of a plurality of such damping bodies (1, 20, 30).

Pre-compression type emergency air spring assembly
A pre-compression type emergency air spring assembly includes an upper cover plate, an air bag, an upper end plate, and a lower end plate. A periphery of the upper end plate is connected with a periphery of the lower end plate through the air bag. A top part of the upper end plate is provided with transverse pre-compression cavities and transverse pre-compression plates arranged at transverse openings of the transverse pre-compression cavities. The transverse pre-compression cavities are internally provided with laminated spring elastomers through the transverse pre-compression plates in a pressing mode. Multiple steel springs are arranged between the upper cover plate and the upper end plate in a pressing mode along a circumferential direction of the laminated spring elastomers. The upper cover plate is arranged on a periphery of the transverse pre-compression cavities in a sleeving mode.
3-CYCLE 2-STROKE DAMPER
A trigger activated arm may use a piston moving within a cylinder to dampen gun bolt speed. In some embodiments, gun bolt motion increases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen rearward gun bolt speed. The pressure may be high enough to unseat the cylinder creating a vent that cylinder fluid exits. In other embodiments, gun bolt motion decreases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen forward gun bolt speed.
Suspension Including Coil Spring and Ambient Air Cushion
A front fork of a bicycle may include a suspension system that includes a damper. The damper may include a hollow tube with orifices that may be partially blocked by an adjustable blocker. A free end of the adjuster that adjusts the blocker may maintain its axial position in any rotational position. Ambient air may be introduced through a valve and retained in the suspension system. The suspension may include a mechanical spring in a chamber away from the valve that introduces the ambient air.
