Chain Trap
A chain catch that is capable of being attached to various bases so as to allow the quick and simple affixation of the chain catch to any vertical chain. The chain catch has an upper body and a lower body. The upper body is designed to trap a vertical chain within its internal design while it remains within its vertical orientation, and the lower body is designed to attach to a load and to the upper body. When the tension is taken off of the chain within the chain catch and the upper body is tilted, the chain may be vertically raised, free from the chain catch or the chain catch and its attached barbell can be vertically raised.
DEVICE FOR DETERMINING TRACTION ON ANCHORING LINES
It is reported in the present invention a device (A) to monitor the traction on an anchoring line (LA) of a floating platform for oil exploration or production at sea, which is mounted at a point on the anchoring line without it becoming an integral part thereof, which basically comprises: an upper bar (1) and a lower bar (2), which are interconnected at one end by a hydraulic cylinder (CH1) and on the other end by a solid vertical bar (4).
Assembly for mooring a pile with a mooring line and method implemented with said assembly
Assembly for mooring a pile with a mooring line. The assembly according to one implementation has a frame disposed on the pile that is configured to support a connecting end of a chain, the other end of the chain being connected to the pile. The assembly having an attachment assembly having an attachment element connected at one end of the mooring line. A coupler coupled to the attachment element allows positioning the attachment element with respect to the connecting end of the chain. The coupler includes a guide for positioning the attachment element on the frame. A fixing assembly is provided allowing the interconnection of the attachment element and the connecting end of the chain.

Chain block and load chain
A chain block is provided including a load chain which hangs a load, and a load sheave member which is rotatably supported between a first frame and a second frame, around which the load chain is wound, and which has a chain pocket in which the load chain goes, the load chain is made of a steel material having the Rockwell hardness C scale (HRC) of 47 to 51, and the load sheave member is made of a steel material in which at least the chain pocket has the Rockwell hardness C scale (HRC) of 40 to 45.

Tailgate chain linkage
A chain connector for use with a tailgate chain linkage of a machine. The chain connector comprises a first flange, a second flange and a web. The chain connector provided with a first pair of apertures for coupling the chain connector to the machine, and a plurality of second pairs of apertures for coupling the chain connector to a chain. An effective length of the tailgate chain linkage may be adjusted by coupling the chain with a selected second pair of apertures since the plurality of second pairs of apertures are disposed at a plurality of distances from the first pair of apertures.
Multi-Attachment Lever Binder
A multi-attachment lever binder with a lever having a first and second bifurcated arm mounted thereon. The first bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a first pivot point. The second bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a second pivot point. The ends of the first and second bifurcated arms disposed opposite from the pivot points may be joined together to form a cavity for retaining the end of a connection device. The second pivot point is configured to move in an arc centered about the first pivot point as the lever is moved from an open position to a binding position.
