A drive arrangement for adjusting an aerodynamic flap on a vehicle. The drive arrangement includes an electric motor, a spur gear mechanism having gear stages, an output shaft, and at least two housing halves. The spur gear mechanism includes at least one self-locking gear stage that does not form the first gear stage nor the last gear stage of the spur gear mechanism. A safety coupling is arranged between the self-locking gear stage and the output shaft to disengage the output drive on overload in order to protect the flap attached thereto from damage.

Bushing and hub to prevent back-rotation

An arrangement including a bushing having a bushing hub, a bushing flange, a housing containing a uni-directional bearing, an axle extending outward from the uni-directional bearing, and a stationary torque arm attached to the axle of the bushing. The bushing hub is inserted into a recessed hub section of a sprocket, and securely connected to the sprocket. The arrangement may also include a driven device attached to the bushing hub, and an endless drive belt and motor.

SEGMENTED LINEAR FORCE CONVERTER

A machine for the conversion of segmented linear force into rational force around a fulcrum at a mechanical advantage to an included or attached drive mechanism. A body consisting of pivot arms, drive mechanism, primary shaft, and bearings. With the pivot arms bolted around standard bearings that are attached to a primary stationary primary shaft a mechanical advantage of a pulley is created to an included or attached drive mechanism. The segmented linear force in this application includes, but is not limited to, an electromagnetic force or compressed air or manual labor. Pressure-compensated load transfer device

Provided are embodiments of a pressure-compensated load transfer device that includes a plate having a first shaft vertically installed on one side and a second shaft vertically installed on the other side to be coaxial with the first shaft. Also included is a first bellows having an opening in one side to surround the first shaft, with the other side thereof being fixed to the one side of the plate. Further included is a plurality of second bellows each having an opening in one end, with the other end thereof being attached to the other side of the plate. A housing is also included, and the housing includes a high-pressure working hole communicating with the opening of the first bellows and a high-pressure channel coplanar with the high-pressure working hole and communicating with the openings of the second bellows. The plate is back-and-forth movably received in the housing.

Pressure-compensated load transfer device

Provided are embodiments of a pressure-compensated load transfer device that includes a plate having a first shaft vertically installed on one side and a second shaft vertically installed on the other side to be coaxial with the first shaft. Also included is a first bellows having an opening in one side to surround the first shaft, with the other side thereof being fixed to the one side of the plate. Further included is a plurality of second bellows each having an opening in one end, with the other end thereof being attached to the other side of the plate. A housing is also included, and the housing includes a high-pressure working hole communicating with the opening of the first bellows and a high-pressure channel coplanar with the high-pressure working hole and communicating with the openings of the second bellows. The plate is back-and-forth movably received in the housing.

ECCENTRIC GEAR STRUCTURE
