The portable cooler with fold out bar comprises a bar body, a cooler, an ice well, a multi-use bucket, a speed rail, and one or more bar accessories. The bar body may be transported to a venue using a pair of all terrain wheels located on the bottom of the bar body. The bar body may be opened to provide access to the cooler, the ice well, the multi-use bucket, the speed rail, and the one or more bar accessories. The bar body may be operable as the bottom support of a bar. A left counter top and a right counter top may be unfolded to align with a main counter top to form a counter top at the top of the bar body.

A portable shower caddy includes a foldable shaft, a mounting body, a first foldable shelf, and a second foldable shelf. The foldable shaft includes a first shaft section, a second shaft section, and a locking hinge. The first shaft section and the second shaft section are foldably connected to each other by the locking hinge so that the shower caddy can arrange in between a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration via the locking hinge. The perforated base is connected within the frame structure. The mounting body is terminally connected to the first shaft section. The frame structure of the first foldable shelf is slidably positioned along the first shaft section. A system of racks comprising of at least two racks that can be nested together when they are not in use thereby minimizing the space required for their collective storage. Each rack is comprised of a frame having two or more frame elements linked together by at least one Z-shaped bracket. Each frame element is comprised of two vertical support members linked by a plurality of tray holders at spaced apart distances along the interior side(s) of the vertical support members. The plurality of tray holders on each of the frame elements linked by a Z-shaped bracket are substantially aligned in the vertical direction thereby forming a set of pairs of tray holders. Each pair of tray holders is configured to receive and support the placement of trays. The trays comprise of a flat base portion with upstanding side edges which may be welded to a wire element to reduce crevices where debris and contaminants may otherwise be trapped and to assist with cleaning of the trays. A stop is fixed to the slide rail and a slide locking mechanism is slidable along the slide rail. The slide locking mechanism includes a latch to latch to the stop to lock the shelving unit in an unfolded configuration and unlatch to slide the slider along the slide rail away from the stop to fold the shelving unit into a folded configuration.

A foldable shelving unit includes one or more foldable shelves positioned between first and second frame members. A slide rail pivotably couples between the foldable shelves. A stop is fixed to the slide rail and a slide locking mechanism is slidable along the slide rail. The slide locking mechanism includes a latch to latch to the stop to lock the shelving unit in an unfolded configuration and unlatch to slide the slider along the slide rail away from the stop to fold the shelving unit into a folded configuration.
