Handle for valve assembly
A handle assembly is provided for an outlet valve of a tank car wherein the outlet valve has a valve stem rotatable about an axis and is operative to open and close the outlet valve. The handle assembly includes a valve handle for manually opening the outlet valve, a rotatable shaft coupled to the handle, and a coupling coupled to the outlet valve and selectively coupleable to the shaft. A valve rotation control structure includes a first movement control component on one of the coupling and the shaft. The valve rotation control structure is configured to permit the coupling or shaft to move parallel to the axis of the valve stem between a first locked position and a second rotatable position and to rotate about the axis of the valve stem between a first valve closed position and a second valve open position at the second rotatable position.
Flow diverter valve
Disclosed is a flow diverter valve. The valve includes a cylindrical valve body having a top chamber with a first opening, a bottom chamber with a second opening, wherein the bottom chamber is adapted to removably receive an aerator or similar unit for aeration and/or fluid stream shaping of fluid flowing therethrough, and an intermediate channel defining a continuous passageway between the top chamber and the bottom chambers and extending to an outlet configured adjacent to the bottom chamber forming a part of a flow channel (Channel C), a nut adapted for connecting the cylindrical valve body to a water outlet, and a piston assembly slidably housed within the intermediate chamber, wherein the piston assembly in an extended position defines a flow channel (Channel B) for the fluid to flow therethrough under reduced or restricted pressure or common faucet water flow pressure, and the piston assembly in a retracted position defines the flow channel (Channel C) for the fluid to flow therethrough under relatively higher pressure or greater intensity.
Switching device of gas valve
A switching device includes a rod, a rotating shaft, and a valve assembly including a cover and a plug member. The cover engaged with the valve body has a first block section, a second block section, a space, and a threaded hole communicates with the space. The plug member is rotatably provided in a chamber of the cover, changing an area of an opening of an inlet hole. The rotating shaft has a projection is adapted to drive the plug member to rotate. A rod body of the rod has a threaded section engaged with the threaded hole. When the projection abuts against the first block section, the plug member seals the inlet hole. When the projection abuts against the rod, the plug member changes the area to a first area. When the projection abuts against the second block section, the plug member changes the area to a second area.
Plug with attachable upper trunnion
A plug for use in a plug valve includes an attachable upper trunnion that is assembled to the main plug body using fasteners and a male-female dovetail fit. The tensile and compressive loading experienced by the main plug body during its linear motion, and the torsional loading experienced during its 90 rotation, is supported by the fasteners and the dovetail fit.

High Pressure Valve With Multi-Piece Stator Assembly
Valve with multi-piece stator assembly for use with liquid chromatography or other analytical systems. A separate and removable stator plate is provided with a mounting device to provide a multi-piece stator assembly. The mounting device is adapted on one side to engage and contact the stator plate, and on the other side includes a plurality of ports for fluidic connections which are in fluid communication with fluid passageways in the stator plate. By making the stator face a separate component, the overall costs of the valve can be reduced, different materials can be used for the mounting device and the stator, and the valve can be used for ultra-high pressure applications, including in liquid chromatography and other analytical instrument systems.
Magnetic refrigeration system with improved flow efficiency
A magnetic refrigeration system provides flow-balanced channels between fluid control valves and the magnetocaloric beds to eliminate inefficiencies caused by unequal utilization of the magnetic beds from flow variations.
Self-relieving ball valve seat
A system, in certain embodiments, includes an annular ball valve seat including an annular spring, which biases the annular ball valve seat axially. More specifically, in certain embodiments, the annular ball valve seat includes a main body section, a lip section extending from the main body section, and a seat groove between the main body section and the lip section, wherein the first annular spring is disposed within the seat groove. A first leg of the annular spring biases the lip section in a first axial direction and a second leg of the annular spring biases the main body section in a second axial direction opposite the first axial direction. The annular ball valve seat is configured to be disposed within a ball valve, on either side of a ball of the ball valve. The particular design of the annular ball valve seat enables pressure within a body cavity of the ball valve to be self-relieving.
Ball valve
The disclosed embodiments include ball valves having integrated seats. The integrated seats are included in a ball body assembly of a valve body. The ball body assembly may rotate with respect to the valve body to open or close the valve. The integrated seats may contact walls of a bore to sealingly close the valve.
Valve apparatus for vehicle
Disclosed herein is a valve apparatus for vehicles that is configured such that the sealability of a valve body can be markedly enhanced. The valve apparatus includes a valve body, a valve member and a sealing unit. The valve body is provided with at least two ports and has an internal space communicating with the ports. The valve member is rotatably installed in the internal space so as to open or close the ports. The sealing unit is provided to seal at least one of the ports. The sealing unit includes a sealing body airtightly installed on an inner surface of the corresponding port, and at least one elastic element integrally provided on a first end of the sealing body. The elastic element axially applies elastic force to the sealing body so that a second end of the sealing body comes into airtight contact with the valve member.
