Fuel tank having inlet check valve

The present disclosure relates to a fuel tank comprising a filling tube opening via an inlet check valve into the fuel tank and comprising a venting device for discharging fuel vapors from the fuel tank. According to the present disclosure, the venting device has at least one venting line, which extends into the interior of the fuel tank and opens with an open end into a gas volume in the region of an upper wall part of the fuel tank, wherein the at least one venting line is guided such that it forms a siphon in the region of a lower wall part, and the inlet check valve has a bypass connection, to which the at least one venting line is connected.

EXPLOSION-PROOF VALVE CORE, EXPLOSION-PROOF VALVE, AND BOX BODY GAS TIGHTNESS DETECTION CLAMP

The present disclosure provides an explosion-proof valve core, an explosion-proof valve, and a box body gas tightness detection clamp, including an explosion-proof valve core, a valve body, and sealing rings. The waterproof gas-permeable explosion-proof valve core of the present disclosure timely discharges high-temperature and high-pressure in a box body, which prevents explosion or reduces damage caused by explosion. An inner sealing ring in the explosion-proof valve is fixed through an inner sealing ring groove, so that a problem of poor sealing caused by easy falling and displacement of the inner sealing ring is solved. A metal protective shell is disposed on an outer side of an explosion-proof valve spring, a problem that the spring is blocked by battery core jets to weaken pressure relief performance when working is solved. The present disclosure further provides the box body gas tightness detection clamp, which is simple to use and operate.

An embodiment includes a valve comprising: a valve channel that couples a valve input to a valve output; a one-way valve included within the channel; a filter; a first pressure relief port, wherein the first pressure relief port is configured to relieve negative pressure when pressure at the valve output is less than pressure at the valve input; a second pressure relief port, wherein the second pressure relief port is configured to relieve positive pressure when pressure at the valve output is greater than pressure at the valve input; wherein the one-way valve includes a monolithic portion that simultaneously seals the channel, the first pressure relief port, and the second pressure relief port; wherein the filter covers the first pressure relief port.

IMPROVED FILLER HEAD

The invention relates to a filler head (23) for a storage system comprising a body with a main part (31) closed by a cover part, and being configured to receive a distribution nozzle of a fluid and configured to be connected, in a tighten manner, to a filling line and a venting line of a fluid tank, the filler head (23) further comprising a buffer volume (33) so as to reduce the speed of flow (V) coming from the venting line (21), the buffer volume (33) being in one-piece with the main part (31) and is closed by the cover part so as to limit fluid projection from the filler head (23) during refilling.

A valve has a valve housing, at least one valve opening, a valve element movably mounted inside the valve housing along a direction of movement B1, B2 between a closing position and an opening position, at least one spring element to reset the valve element from the opening position to the closing position, a carrier element movably mounted inside the valve housing along the direction of movement B1 and at least one sealing element attached to the carrier element. The at least one sealing element and the carrier element are a multi-component part, and may be for example a two-component part.

Independent Secondary Indicator for Vapor Valve Actuation

A secondary indicator for a vapor recovery valve is presented. The vapor recovery valve comprises a piston and a primary indicator, the primary indicator is attached to the piston, and the piston moves linearly in relation to the actuation of the valve and moves proportionally in conjunction with the piston to provide a visual indication that the valve has actuated. The secondary indicator is mounted to the vapor recovery valve and is not attached to the primary indicator. The secondary indicator comprises a signal, a torsional spring, and a fixed pin. The secondary indicator is second class lever, the torsional spring is the effort, the fixed pin is the fulcrum, and the primary indicator is the load between the torsional spring and the fixed pin, such that the signal rotates with the linear movement of the primary indicator to multiply the effect of the primary indicator.
