ASSISTING A PERSON TO CONSUME FOOD
Presented are concepts for assisting a person to consume food from an item of tableware. One such concept comprises a system comprising an asymmetry detection arrangement adapted to detect an asymmetry in an arrangement of food on the item of tableware. A tableware adjustment arrangement of the system is then adapted to move the food, preferably the item of tableware, in response to an asymmetry being detected.
Vehicle storage assembly
A vehicle storage assembly includes a bracket, a mounting plate, a post having a distal end and a proximal end, the distal end of the post rotatably coupled to the bracket and the proximal end of the post rotatably coupled to the mounting plate, an upper member defining a frame configured to support a rigging accessory, a lower member, and a locking member. The upper member includes an outer wall and a plurality of supports defining a plurality of stations. The lower member includes an outer panel and a plurality of partitions defining a plurality of cavities configured to receive the rigging accessory. The locking member is positioned to selectively fix the orientation of the post, the upper member, and the lower member thereby facilitating operator access to a desired one of the plurality of stations.
Wine carousel
A wine carousel including top and bottom mounting brackets, each having a coupling with a flange, the flange having mounting holes for mounting the brackets and the coupling having a bushing retained therein; a plurality of central tube portions connected together to form a central tube extending from the coupling in the top mounting bracket to the coupling in the bottom mounting bracket, the central tube being rigidly attached to the top and bottom mounting brackets and non-rotatable with respect to the top and bottom mounting brackets; a plurality of circular carousel members having nests projecting from a central axis to position and hold wine bottles shoulder to shoulder, and having a carousel tube for receiving the central tube; and a plurality of glide blocks secured to the central tube portions and have bushings disposed therein, and wherein the circular carousel members sit on the glide blocks and are independently rotatable around the central tube portions.
STORAGE SHELF BASE AND ITEM OF FURNITURE OR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
A storage shelf base for an item of furniture or household appliance, includes a base plate stationarily secured to a body of the item of furniture or household appliance, a support plate arranged on the base plate, and a storage shelf, which is positively driven relative to the support plate and can simultaneously be moved rotationally and translationally. Facing bearing surfaces of the support plate and the storage shelf have respective at least substantially closed circulating running grooves, in which rolling elements are guided. The storage shelf is movable relative to the support plate, out of an initial position into an intermediate position, in an opening movement, in which the storage shelf is rotated relative to the support plate in a rotational direction and shifted in a predetermined direction and can be moved out of the intermediate position back into the initial position in a closing movement. The support plate has a closing-support device supporting the closing movement of the storage shelf.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE, IN PARTICULAR A REFRIGERATOR OR A FREEZER OR A FURNITURE ITEM COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SHELF
A household appliance, in particular a refrigerator or a freezer or a furniture item comprising at least one storage space, in which a support plate is positioned comprising a storage area and a shelf which can be rotationally and translationally moved on the storage area of the support plate, wherein: the shelf comprises a flat storage area which is oriented plane-parallel to the storage area of the support element; the shelf can be rotated relative to the support plate in a first rotational direction and can be displaced in a predefined direction; mutually facing bearing surfaces of the storage areas each have closed peripheral raceway grooves in which rolling elements are guided; the raceway grooves are formed such that, when a force is applied to the shelf in a direction defined in the plane of the storage area, the shelf can be moved, in a movement which is at least partially forcibly guided and which is simultaneously rotational and translational, from a base position into an intermediary position, the shelf being rotated relative to the support plate in one of two possible opposing rotational directions and being displaced in a predefined direction; and the shelf, after being moved into the intermediary position, can be further rotated relative to the support plate in the one of two possible opposing rotational directions and can be displaced counter to the predefined direction and, when rotated by 180, resumes the base position.
CABINET STRUCTURE FOR STORING AT LEAST ONE SHOE
A cabinet structure for storing at least one shoe includes a body and a sliding frame set. The body includes a cabinet body and at least one door leaf. The door leaf can be movably assembled to a front side of the cabinet. The sliding frame set includes two fixing members, two sliding members and a frame. The two fixing members can be fixed respectively to an inner top surface and an inner bottom surface of the cabinet body. The two sliding members can be movably assembled to the fixing members respectively. A plurality of placement plates for placing the at least one shoe are arranged at the frame and pivoted between the two sliding members to facilitate a user to place shoes at two lateral sides of the frame and access shoes placed at each of the lateral sides by rotating the frame.
Automatically closing dispenser
A dispensing device, comprising a container, one or more support members mechanically coupled to one or more of the lateral walls, a base which has one or more supporting arms and a cover element mechanically coupled to one or more of the supporting arms to remain fixed while said container rotates around said rotation axis. The container includes a storage portion defined by a circumferential wall and two or more lateral walls with a dispensing opening defined in the circumferential wall. The supporting arm(s) support rotation of the container from a closed state to an open state and vice versa. The rotation is held around a rotation axis defined by a location of the support member(s). The cover element covers the dispensing opening when the container is rotated into the closed state and does not cover the dispensing opening when the container is rotated into the open state.
