Systems and methods for virtually tagging and securing industrial equipment
In one embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable medium may include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, may cause processor to receive a set of user data associated with a user that is attempting to access an electronic lock, receive a request to actuate a locking mechanism of the electronic lock configured to prevent the user from accessing a machine in an industrial automation system, actuate the locking mechanism in response to the request and the set of user data corresponding to an expected set of data, store a log of the request and the set of user data, and send the log to a cloud-based computing system.
OIL SOLENOID VALVE WITH REAL TIME MONITORING OF PLUNGER POSITION
The present invention provides a system to detect real time plunger position in oil solenoid valve. More particularly, the present invention provides a position sensor embedded in the oil solenoid valve for detecting a plunger position in real time by downward movement of the plunger and having application in automobile for cooling of turbocharger.
TENSIONING ASSEMBLY FOR A PROCESS VALVE
A tensioning assembly for a process valve is provided, including a housing having an interface for rigid connection to a valve body, a drive which is arranged so as to be fixed to the housing, a gearing supported on the housing and driven by the drive, and a tensioning element arranged on the output of the gearing, wherein the tensioning element includes a contact surface which is designed to clamp a lateral outer collar of a diaphragm of the process valve between the tensioning element and the valve body.
Pressure relief valve and method of relief valve opening detection
Systems and methods described herein provide for pressure relief valve detection and monitoring. A valve assembly includes a striker and an indicator assembly separated by a diaphragm. The diaphragm may be elastically or permanently deformable. The striker may be connected to a relieve valve disk that releases in response to high fluid pressure at the valve. Movement of the striker may be detected by contact with the diaphragm or by sensors near the diaphragm, which may trigger the indicator assembly to provide an external indication of a valve opening.
VALVE POSITIONER AND DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
Fault diagnostics utilize an embedded tracking digital twin of a valve assembly physical part in a microprocessor system of the valve positioner. The digital twin has simulation model parameters including a fault-related simulation model parameter. The digital twin receives a control signal representing a real control of the at least part of the valve assembly, and generates simulated measurements relating to the simulated control result. The digital twin compare the simulated measurements with real measurements that relate to the real control result, to track an error between the results of simulated operation and the real operation of the valve assembly to adjust the fault-related simulation model parameter in a sense that the error is decreased. The fault-related simulation model parameter relates to a specific physical fault in the physical part of the valve assembly, and it is detectable and identifiable based on the simulation model parameter adjusted value.
NEEDLE TIP AND SEAT FOR A CHOKE VALVE
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a choke valve that includes a choke body, a choke trim disposed in the choke body, where the choke trim is configured to adjust a cross-sectional area of a flow path in the choke body to adjust a fluid flow through the choke valve, a needle of the choke trim disposed in the flow path of the fluid flow, where the needle includes a first portion having a superhard material, a seat of the choke trim, where the needle is configured to move along an axis extending through an opening of the seat to adjust the fluid flow through the choke valve.
SCREW CONTROL MEDICAL FLUID FLOW MANIFOLDS
Fluid flow manifold assemblies for use in fluid flow sets are provided. The fluid flow manifold assembly includes a body having a main fluid channel, an inlet connector, an outlet connector and a drug port. A flow control assembly is disposed opposite the main fluid channel from the drug port. The flow control assembly includes a plunger, a seal member and a knob, wherein the plunger is disposed within the main fluid flow channel in a full open flow position and is configured to extend through the main fluid channel and be sealingly received by the drug port in a closed position, wherein the plunger position is based on rotation of the knob. Fluid flow sets with fluid flow manifold assemblies are also provided.
Control assembly of a solenoid valve, solenoid valve assembly and associated methods
A control assembly of a solenoid valve for a delivery device; the control assembly comprising a first input configured to be coupled to a control device of the delivery device and to be supplied by a power supply voltage from the control device; a first output configured to be coupled to a second input of a solenoid valve; a control unit being coupled to the first input; and a drive unit coupled to the first output and to the control unit; the control unit being configured to detect a first voltage at the first input; the control unit being configured to control the drive unit so that, when the control unit detects a first voltage equal to a power supply voltage, the first output of the control assembly delivers: a rated voltage for a first period of time, and a hold voltage different from the rated voltage for a second period of time following the first period of time, and wherein the hold voltage is lower than the rated voltage.
