Subsea valve
Subsea valve for control of fluid that can be contaminating and at elevated pressure and temperature, such as well or process fluids, the valve comprising an actuator unit and a valve part, the actuator unit can be operated in order to control the valve part, distinctive in that the actuator unit is magnetically coupled to the valve part and the coupling is through a barrier wall isolating the actuator unit from the valve part, and the actuator unit and a driving part of the magnetic coupling are arranged in a sealed actuator housing into which leakage of said contaminating fluid thereby has been eliminated.
Friction welding drive apparatus for repair of pipes and valves
In some implementations, an injection system that injects sealant into a pipe, pressure component or valve while containing the pipe, pressure component or valve repair that significantly reduces or eliminates release of hazardous material from inside the pipe, pressure component valve or injection system and thus significantly reduces emission of the hazardous material from inside the pipe, pressure component or valve into the environment and protecting the repair technicians.

Plurality of Studs being Friction Welded to an Exterior Surface of a Curved Structure having a Block Patch and a Member between the Exterior Surface and the Studs
In some implementations, an apparatus including a curved structure having an exterior surface, having an interior surface and having a defect, a device positioned over the exterior surface of the curved structure, a block patch in between the device and the exterior surface of the curved structure, and a plurality of studs and nuts positioned near an outer perimeter of the device, the plurality of the studs being friction welded to the exterior surface of the curved structure.
PACKING SYSTEM OF A VALVE ASSEMBLY
A packing system is disclosed for use with a valve having a valve body that defines a flow passage therethrough. The packing system includes a bonnet configured for connection to the valve body, a stem bore extending through the bonnet to receive a stem of the valve that is movable within the stem bore to control flow through the flow passage, a first packing set arranged in the stem bore surrounding a first portion of the stem, a second packing set arranged in the stem bore surrounding a second portion of the stem that is spaced apart from the first packing set by a support ring to define an inter-packing volume within the stem bore, and a pressurized barrier lubricant reservoir in communication with the inter-packing volume via a bonnet port in the bonnet to pressurize barrier lubricant within the inter-packing volume to be at or above a process pressure.
SOLENOID VALVE WITH BARBED SEALING ASSEMBLY
A valve can include a valve body having a port section and a coil support section extending along a longitudinal axis, a plunger within the valve body and extending at least partially through the coil support section, a cap press-fit at least partially into a first end of the valve body, and a stop press-fit at least partially into a second, opposite end of the valve body. The cap can include a valve seat that can be selectively engaged by a poppet mounted to the plunger to selectively open and close a flow path through the valve body. The stop can limit movement of the plunger away from the cap. The cap and/or the stop can include an annular barb extending around a perimeter thereof and sealingly securing the cap and/or the stop at least partially within the valve body.

GLAND REPAIR TOOLS, ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS OF REPAIRING GLAND SEALS ON HIGH PRESSURE VALVES
A gland repair tool is for repairing a gland seal in a high-pressure valve. The gland repair tool includes a tool body configured for attachment to an injection shutoff device fitted to a wall of the valve that is opposite the gland seal. A drill passage extends through the tool body and is configured to receive a drill bit for drilling a hole through the wall. A rotary seal creates a seal preventing the high-pressure medium from escaping the drill passage past the drill bit. A cooling circuit includes a cooling fluid inlet configured to convey a cooling fluid into the drill passage, a cooling fluid outlet configured to convey the cooling fluid out of the drill passage, and a one-way valve configured to prevent the cooling fluid from escaping the drill passage via the cooling fluid inlet. Corresponding assemblies and methods of operating the gland repair tool are provided.
