ISOLATION SERVICE VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR MOTORIZED ZONE VALVES
A motorized zone valve assembly permits the servicing and/or replacement of a motorized zone valve in a hydronic heating and/or cooling system. The motorized zone valve assembly includes isolation valves coupled to the incoming and outgoing ports of the motorized zone valve via union nuts. The isolation valve members can be closed to permit the removal of the motorized zone valve by the loosening of the two union nuts. In addition, the isolation valve coupled to the outgoing port can include a drain valve and drain port to permit the isolation and draining of individual zones of the hydronic system.

The present invention discloses a valve body structure facilitating maintenance of hose solving problem that prior valve body structure is inconvenient to install hose and unremovable. Valve body structure comprises hollow valve body, valve body provided with at least one water guide channel; hose inserted one end into valve body and connected with water guide channel, outer surface of one end of hose connected with water guide channel provided with clamping slot; clamping ring provided inside of valve body, which is located on the same plane as clamping slot, and one end of clamping ring provided with an elastic body which drives a clamping ring arm to locate in clamping slot and to clamp hose, if hose needs to be removed, compressing elastic body to move clamping ring arm away from clamping slot. The valve body structure facilitates user to repair or replace hose, and greatly saves user's maintenance costs.

The faucet body is provided with a cold water pipe connecting the cold water inlet and the mixing chamber. The cold water pipe is formed with a cold water stop valve assembly detachably assembled thereto.
Plastic injection mold—SVG actuator—internal seal upgrade
An improved life hydraulic valve actuator for a mold used in an injection molding machine. The actuator includes a housing for insertion into a hot runner assembly having a movable valve gate pin. A bore in the housing for receives an actuation piston which is connected to the gate pin. A hydraulic chamber in the assembly lifts the piston upward and downward for actuation of the pin in a valve gate. The actuation piston includes a centrally located circumferential double lip seal. The wall of the bore includes a pair of circumferential seals for engaging the outer circumference of the piston. The seals are positioned axially on either side of said centrally located double lip seal of the piston for sealing and guiding the piston. The circumferential bore seals include a Teflon ring which protects the bore in the event of seal failure and a second seal made of a Viton material. The seals in combination increase the longevity of the actuator over three fold than a similar actuation valve.
Method and Apparatus for Valve Core Installation/Removal
A valve core installation/removal tee enable the removal and or replacement of a Schrader? valve insert without evacuating the refrigeration system. The use of a valve core installation/removal tee also permits the valve core to be removed and maintenance of the HVAC system to be performed without the flow restriction of the valve core and core depressor.
