PULL-DOWN CABINET
A pull-down cabinet is retrofitted into a conventional kitchen cabinet housing. The pull-down cabinet includes a base affixed to a wall and a cabinet body that fits into the base. On each side of the pull-down cabinet, a first arm is pivotally connected on a first distal end to the base and on a second distal end to the cabinet body, and a second arm is pivotally connected on a first distal end of the base and on a second distal end to the cabinet body. In operation, as the cabinet body is pulled away from the base, on respective sides of the pull-down cabinet the first arm and the second arm extend outwardly to permit the cabinet body to be lifted outwardly and then downwardly. Preferably, the cabinet body is lifted slightly upwardly before being lifted outwardly and then downwardly
Server cabinet
A cabinet can include a housing that defines at least a first interior space and a second interior space. The first interior space and the second interior space can be separated from one another by at least one sealed partition. The first interior space can be configured to support a basket assembly, and the second interior space can be configured to support a hamper assembly. The cabinet can also include a door that provides access to the first interior space and/or the second interior space. The cabinet can include a base cabinet housing and a pull-out cabinet insert that can extend from the base cabinet housing to provide access to the basket assembly. The cabinet can include a slide out support mechanism to extend the pull-out cabinet insert from the housing, and a cable management device connected to the pull-out cabinet insert to route wiring to the cabinet insert.
SHELVING ASSEMBLY OF A CONTAINER
A shelving assembly is provided for a container. The shelving assembly includes a first shelf movably positioned in the container and configured to support a first stock. The shelving assembly further includes a plurality of first support members configured to support the first shelf and displace the first shelf between a first position and a second position in the container based on a weight sensed by at least one first weight sensor to maintain the first stock at an opening of the container. Additionally, the shelving assembly includes a second shelf positioned adjacent within the container and configured to support a second stock. The first shelf is configured to be removed at the second position to facilitate the first stock descending onto the second stock on the second shelf. Accordingly, the shelving assembly facilitates first in first out stock rotation.
Sink tap structure moving up and down through cooperative operation with shelf moving up and down
The present invention relates to a sink tap structure moving up and down through a cooperative operation with a shelf moving up and down, including: shelf frames coupled to a screw bar in the form of male/female screws to move up and down along rails attached to the inner surface of a cupboard by rotation of the screw bar, the screw bar being rotatably coupled to a servo motor disposed inside a cupboard frame; a first stage shelf located close to a user when pulls by means of sliding members slidingly coupled to casing members disposed on the lower portions of the shelf frames and returned to the original position thereof when pushes by means of the sliding members; and a tap coupled to an elevating bar in such a manner as to move up and down by means of the up and down movements of the elevating bar.

Expandable and contractable suspended storage device
An expandable and contractable storage device comprised of a frame, X-bars, a leveler, a movable bar, rolling wheels and attachment guides. The frame includes at least one elongated support element having a support ledge. The leveler is connected to the moveable bar and a grooved shaft. The rolling wheels are attached to carriages and the movable bar are located inside elongated U-shaped channels and channels of the attachment guides. The X-bars are attached to the carriages and the attachment guides. Stoppers are movably located inside the elongated U-shaped channels and the channels of the attachment guides. The rotation of the leveler will rotate the grooved shaft and move the movable bar in a forward direction forcing the rolling wheels to rotate and translate forward along the channels and the X-bars will move in an upward or downward direction and the frame moves in a downward or upward direction.

DEPLOYABLE DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR STEP STOOL
A device that can be deployed from a retracted position to a deployed position comprises at least a first board and a second board, the device comprising a base frame intended to be horizontal and a deployment mechanism for guiding the boards between the retracted position and the deployed position, and vice versa, the first board being offset towards the rear of the device relative to the second board in a horizontal main direction when the device is in the deployed position and, when the device is in the retracted position, the first board is offset towards the front of the device and the second board is offset towards the rear, the two boards being situated at substantially the same level.
OVERHEAD STORAGE UNIT
An overhead storage unit is disclosed. The storage unit has an elongated guide member with a first horizontal segment mountable within an overhead storage area, a second vertical segment mountable below the overhead storage area, and a curved segment extending between the first and second segments. The storage unit also has a storage container with at least a first wall mounted to the guide member and displaceable therealong to be raised and lowered between a stored position and an accessible position. The first wall is disposed within the storage area and has a first orientation to define a bottom surface of the storage container in the stored position. The first wall is disposed below the storage area and has a second orientation different from the first orientation in the accessible position. A residential living unit and method are also disclosed.
