Multi-panel storage compartment for upper cabinetry
An operable cabinet storage unit includes an outer cabinet structure having a plurality of sides and an aperture for selectively accessing an interior volume. A plurality of operable cassettes are each linearly operable through the aperture to define a storage position within the interior volume and an access position outside of the interior volume. Each cassette of the plurality of cassettes includes a plurality of storage receptacles, wherein each cassette of the plurality of cassettes occupies a corresponding vertical plane within the interior volume. A retaining mechanism extends from each cassette to the outer cabinet structure, wherein the retaining mechanism selectively retains a corresponding cassette in the storage position.

MOVABLE CABINETS
A Highly Hung Vertically Moveable Cabinet (HHVMC) comprising a cabinet having a bottom and a top essentially parallel thereto; and an electrical motion system configured to allow movement of the cabinet to a predetermined distance of at least 500 mm in a first direction and in a second opposite direction. Both first direction and second direction being essentially normal to the cabinet bottom and top, and switches electrically coupled to the motion system, wired to allow selection of the movement in the first or second direction.
