Tamper proof plug
A tamper proof plug comprising a circular plug of material having a first side and a second side, with a first plurality of threads on the outer circumference to enable the circular plug to screw into a second plurality of inner circumference threads of a valve outlet that can control the flow of a liquid, wherein the circular plug has a polygon indentation in the middle of the first side of the plug, which is accessible to a tool having a protrusion the fits the size and shape of the polygon indentation, that allows a torque to be applied to the circular plug to screw the circular plug into a valve or unscrew the circular plug from a valve.
Pressure Equalization in Composite Pipes
A flexible polymeric pipe for transportation of oil, gas or water, having an unbonded reinforcing intermediate layer between two polymeric layers. The pipe has a vent for the intermediate layer which allows venting of gas from the intermediate layer through to the exterior environment. The vent is generally impervious to water but pervious to air and gas.
Waterproof high pressure pipe and fitting restraint system
A restraint system for use in securing temporary flow lines that include multiple pipe sections, each pair of pipe sections connected together with a fitting or coupling such as a hammer joint coupling. The system includes multiple pluralities of endless loop slings connected end to end with a cow hitch or girth hitch knot. Disconnectable fittings (e.g., shackles) are placed every three or more slings so that easy disassembly is afforded in case of leakage or other failure. In one embodiment, a waterproof sleeve is an outer layer that surrounds or encapsulates an inner layer so that the inner layer remains dry and thus will not freeze.
Method of Protecting End Fittings of a Hose or Tube
A method of protecting the end fittings of a tube or hose includes the steps of providing an end fitting that is attached to a hose or tube. Providing a heat shrinkable plastic capsule having a tubular portion with an open end and a closed end. Placing the plastic capsule over the end fitting until the closed end of the capsule is in contact with end of the fitting. Placing a magnet at the outer face of the capsule to maintain the end of the capsule in contact with the end of the fitting and heat shrinking the capsule onto the fitting. Removing the magnet from the end of the capsuled fitting.

Restraint System For Tight Flowline Configurations, And Method of Use Thereof
A restraint net is provided for use in restraining a tight grouping of flowline elements where restraint lines are unusable. The restraint net includes a net body woven of one or more restraining ropes; and a net perimeter comprising one or more restraining ropes, surrounding the net body. The restraint net is configured to cover the tight grouping of flowline elements and being of sufficient tensile strength to restraint movement of the flowline elements in case of a failure or separation of the flowline elements in the tight grouping. A method is also provided of restraining a tight grouping of flowline elements where restraint lines are unusable. The method includes: providing the restraint net as described above; coupling a first point of the net perimeter to any one or more of an anchoring device, an adjacent restraint net or an adjacent restraint line; extending the net body over the tight grouping of flowline elements; and securing one or more further points of the net perimeter to one or more further anchoring devices, one or more further restraint nets, or one or more further adjacent restraint lines. Upon a failure or separation of the flowline elements, the restraining net restrains movement of the flowline elements.
Vehicle Exhaust Evacuation System
A vehicle exhaust evacuation system includes an adapter secured to an end of a vehicle tailpipe and a nozzle assembly secured to the end of a flexible hose for carrying vehicle exhaust outside of a building. The nozzle assembly has an aluminum cartridge removably secured in a rubber boot. Magnet assemblies are secured to the aluminum cartridge. Openings in the adapter allow ambient air to flow over the magnet assemblies to lengthen the life of the magnets.
END FITTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
An end fitting (400) for a flexible pipe is disclosed. The end fitting comprises a window (410) and a cavity (402) disposed in the end fitting radially inwards of the window and configured to be in fluid communication with an annulus of the flexible N pipe, wherein at least a portion of the cavity (402) is visible from the exterior of the end fitting via the window. The end fitting further comprises a dissolvable or dispersible material disposed within the cavity or in fluid communication with the cavity.
COUPLER CAP AND QUICK COUPLER HAVING THE SAME
Proposed herein is a coupler cap and a quick coupler having the same, which can improve coupling power when the cap is coupled with the male coupler and maintain the coupled state with no gap so as to protect the coupler more perfectly. The coupler cap includes: a cap body having one side, which is opened and has a receiving hole so that a male coupler is inserted into the cap body in an axial direction, and the other side, which is closed; a handle connected to the cap body to be rotatable in a radial direction as an axial line; and a stopper moved rectilinearly in the radial direction of the cap body by rotation of the handle.
