Double-walled pipe element and method for producing a double-walled pipe element
A pipe element suitable for use in a fuel system of an aircraft comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe sealingly surrounding the inner pipe and connected to the inner pipe. The pipe element is constructed in one piece and is produced by a 3D printing process.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ELBOW-SHAPED DUCT
The objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for manufacturing an elbow-shaped duct, comprising: a main body obliquely provided at the upper part thereof; a duct movement guiding part provided to rotate and vertically move; a duct vane forming part including forming jigs symmetrically formed and respectively slid in the opposite directions to be coupled to and separated from each other; a duct vane coupling part including a duct fixing member for guiding the fixing of a duct and a duct vane pressing member for coupling upper and lower vanes of the duct; and a rotary driving part rotatably provided inside the main body, and including an eccentric rotary roller having, at the upper part thereof, a cutting roller for cutting the duct and a forming roller for forming the upper and lower vanes of the duct, thereby enabling the duct to be manufactured, by loading the cylindrical duct on the movement guiding part, as is, and simultaneously performing cutting and forming to correspond to an elbow shape, and thus remarkably reduces manufacturing time.
Pipe and siphon receptacle apparatus coupling adaptor
An adaptor for coupling pipes together that has a pair of spaced apart pipe members disposed parallel to each other. Each of the pipe members include an opening at a top and at the bottom for receiving an additional pipe. A bridging member connects the pair of pipe members and defines a passage between the pipe members. The bridging member comprises an open top allowing access to the interior of the adaptor.
QUICK CONNECTOR WITH MODULAR FLOW CONTROL INSERT
An assembly, connector and process for a quick connector is disclosed that includes a receptacle having first and second interior passages including a chamber in fluid communication between the first and second passages. A flow control insert is installed in the chamber to regulate fluid flow between the first and the second passage.
FITTING FOR A RAIN GUTTER DOWNPIPE
A downpipe fitting for coupling between top and bottom ends of a downpipe. The downpipe fitting includes two parts connected together and rotatable relative to one another about a longitudinal axis thereof. The first part has an inlet, sized and shaped to couple with an outlet of a first section of the downpipe, above the downpipe fitting. The second part has an outlet which is sized and shaped to couple with an inlet of a second section of the downpipe, below the downpipe fitting. The inlet and outlet of the fitting define a flow path for rainwater therethrough. Rotation of the second section of downpipe below the downpipe fitting, about the longitudinal axis, is decoupled from the first section of downpipe above the downpipe fitting.
Elbow and pipe
An elbow includes an elbow body, and a pipe wall of the elbow body is saw-toothed along an extending direction of the elbow body so that a bending angle of the elbow body is adjustable.
MALLEABLE PRESS FITTINGS
A method of connecting a pipe to a cast fitting, the method can include casting a body including a first body end and a second body end disposed opposite from the first body end, wherein the body defines an axis extending from the first body end to the second body end, wherein the body includes a first neck disposed proximate to the first body end wherein the body further includes an inner body surface defining a bore extending through the body from the first body end to the second body end, and wherein the body further includes an outer body surface spaced from the inner body surface a predetermined wall thickness.
Resin pipe joint
A resin pipe joint includes a tubular joint body portion having an internal flow path (P) for allowing a fluid to flow therein; and two or more welding end portions, which are respectively provided at two or more opening portions of the internal flow path (P), and which are configured to be welded while being butted against end portions of other resin tube members or end portions of other resin pipe joints. The flow path cross-sectional area of the internal flow path (P) in the joint body portion is constant, at least in portions that are adjacent to the welding end portions and whose outer diameters are straight.
Quick-Fitting Pipe Fitting Assembly
A quick-fitting pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element includes a pipe fitting body, at least one coupling unit, and at least one gasket. Each coupling unit includes a fixed coupling element integrally extended from the pipe fitting body and a movable coupling element, the gasket disposed at the coupling unit, the connecting elements movably connect the fixed coupling element with the movable coupling element, wherein the at least one coupling unit is adapted for being preassembled with the at least one pipe element and can be fastened by at least one fastening element that is capable of being operated to fasten the movable coupling element with the fixed coupling element.
