11359758 · 2022-06-14 ·

In a sectional-type high wear-resistant double-layer straight tube and a method for preparing the same, the double-layer straight tube includes a protective outer tube and a sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube. The protective outer tube is nested outside of the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube; the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube includes at least two wear-resistant inner tube sections; and the wear-resistant inner tube sections are connected sequentially. The sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube at least includes a left inner tube section, a right inner tube section, and one or more middle inner tube section. The wear-resistant straight tube can greatly prolong the service life of the pipeline so that the cost performance of the pipeline is increased by more than a few times. It would also easily achieve mass production, the quality is stable and reliable, and the safety performance is high.

Double Elbow Hydraulic Assembly

An elbow fitting and a double elbow hydraulic assembly for high pressure hydraulic pipes, also above 400 bar are disclosed, in which the elbow fitting comprises a tubular body with a curved extent between a first end and a second end, in which the first end is configured for a connection with a high pressure pipe and the second end is configured for a coupling with a coupling element configured to allow a relative rotation between the second end and the coupling element.

CODE VERIFICATION SLEEVE FOR A QUICK CONNECTOR
20220163153 · 2022-05-26 ·

An improved quick connector with code verification is provided. The quick connector includes a connector body, a connector sleeve, and a sliding lock latch. The connector body includes a verification indicia on its outer surface, and the connector sleeve is movable over the connector body and includes an indicator window that aligns with the verification indicia. The sliding lock latch is moveable from an unlatched position to a latched position through transverse openings in the connector sleeve and the connector body. The sliding lock latch includes first and second wing elements to prevent clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation of the connector sleeve relative to the connector body. The sliding lock latch also includes a locking tab on its outer surface to prevent retraction of the connector sleeve from the connector body.

Pipe with alternating sections

A plastic drain pipe for drainage includes a first end, a second end, and a pipe sub-section between the first end and the second end. The pipe sub-section includes a collapsible section of corrugated pipe, a first non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe, and a second non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe. The collapsible section of corrugated pipe has a first joining area and a second joining area. The first non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe is connected to the collapsible section of corrugated pipe at the first joining area, and the second non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe is connected to the collapsible section of corrugated pipe at the second joining area.

An extension assembly for a fire suppression spray nozzle is provided. A tube having a first end and a second end is welded to a female hose coupler at the tube’s first end. A male hose coupler is welded to the second end of the tube. A support sleeve connected to the female hose coupler inserts into a fire suppression spray nozzle or another instance of the extension assembly to provide for easy alignment of the threaded connectors and for adding strength to the connection.

ANGLE PIECE FLUIDICALLY CONNECTING FLUID LINES OF A VEHICLE

An angle piece for fluidically connecting fluid lines of a vehicle. The angle piece has a channel portion for altering a flow direction of a fluid about an alteration angle. An input flow direction of the fluid into the angle piece and an outlet flow direction of the fluid from the angle piece form limbs of the alteration angle. At least one guide element is arranged in the channel portion, which guide element protrudes into the channel portion. The at least one guide element altering the flow direction of a part of the fluid by the alteration angle. The angle piece thus has a low pressure drop.

A fairing, in the form of a contoured restriction, submerged on a fluid channel surface of a fluid channel through which liquid flows, re-distributes velocity fields and flow geometries upstream and in some embodiments downstream of a discontinuity, thereby preventing flow separation, reducing cavitation potential and increasing flow capacity. Such discontinuities include, but are not limited to: joints, for example elbow joints, T-joints and Y-joints; valve-trims ; entrance regions to centrifugal pumps; and entrance regions to rotary valves, steps, reductions, expansions and ledges. The fairing may be fitted into the channel or integrally fabricated with the channel.
