Expansion compensator

An expansion compensator are at least two axially extending elongate members, which combined, circumferentially extend around the expansion compensator while each elongate member individually circumferentially extends only part way around the expansion compensator.

LENGTH COMPENSATOR

A length compensator for pipelines, preferably plastic pipelines, containing two connecting components, preferably made from plastic, a compensating element made from an elastic material, preferably a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and a supporting pipe, wherein the compensating element is arranged between the two connecting components and the compensating element ends are connected to the connecting components, wherein the outer lateral surface of the compensating element is suitably encompassed by the inner lateral surface of the supporting pipe around its entire circumference, wherein the supporting pipe has a circular cross-sectional area and the compensating element expands and contracts exclusively in the axial direction.

Slip joint assembly

A slip joint assembly for joining multiple pipes is provided. The slip joint assembly includes a flow expander that is connected to a downstream pipe and is tapered toward a forward end. An inlet bellmouth is coupled to the forward end of the flow expander and defines a flared inlet positioned within an upstream pipe. An annular seal assembly is coupled to the upstream pipe and includes a ball seal positioned around and forming a seal with the flow expander to operably couple the upstream pipe and the downstream pipe. An internal diameter of the annular seal assembly is smaller than a diameter of the flared inlet.

EXTENDABLE SPOOL

An extendable spool is disclosed. The length of the extendable spool is able to continuously varied. The extendable spool accounts for length variances in flow lines by extending the flow line rather than redirecting the flow. Because the flow direction does not make any turns, erosion is minimized on both the extendable spool and downstream parts. The extendable spool is readily scalable from small diameters to large diameters. Because of this, it requires fewer lines and therefore less setup time to account for length differences between large diameter lines.

Pipe tester device

A pipe tester connector includes rigid cylindrical member. The rigid cylindrical member defines a first side hole. A continuous flexible cup member includes circular floor portion and a central tubular portion extending upwardly therefrom. A first flexible sleeve extends from the top of the flexible cup. The first flexible sleeve has a folded down first position and a folded up second position, in which it envelopes the end of the first pipe. A first hose clamp secures the flexible sleeve to the pipe. An attachment unit includes a rigid insert, an attachment pipe, a first adapter and an attachment. The rigid insert is disposed against the tubular portion of the interior surface of the flexible cup. The rigid insert defines a hole in alignment with the first side hole and the second side hole, through which the attachment pipe passes. An adapter is affixed to the attachment pipe.

Dynamic movement tube connection system

A tube connection system for an engine or aircraft includes a Coanda ring defining an annular tube segment which has a branch tube segment extending therefrom. A supply tube assembly defines a plurality of tube segments. Adjacent tube segments are moveably coupled to one another by one of a plurality of variable-positionable couplings. Another of the plurality of tube segments is moveably coupled to the branch segment by another of the plurality of variable-positionable couplings.
