Shelving and Emergency Egress Unit
A readily accessible combination device is disclosed that can be used as both a shelving unit, such as a bookcase, and then quickly and easily be transformed into an egress unit with a set of emergency escape stairs. The combination device may be repositionable or securely and removably fastened to a structure, such as a wall in proximity to a window or other elevated opening. The device of the present invention is comprised of a plurality of shelves/steps that are repositionably attached to a plurality of supports by swivel mechanisms that permit the quickly and easy transformation of the device from shelving unit to egress unit, and vice versa.
Assembled replaceable frame structure
An assembled frame structure including a hollow frame and a plurality of covers is provided. The hollow frame has a plurality of first assembling openings. The covers are detachably assembled to the hollow frame through the first assembling openings respectively, so as to form the assembled frame structure into a multi-function package module.

Table apparatuses
A table apparatus includes first, second, and third work surfaces. The second work surface is pivotable with respect to the first work surface at a first pivot axis, and the third work surface is pivotable with respect to the first work surface at a second pivot axis that is parallel to and spaced apart from the first pivot axis. The table apparatus can include a controller configured to control a lighting device positioned between the first work surface and the second work surface and/or third work surface.
Material support and storage rack
A storage device that has a wall-mounted configuration and a freestanding configuration is provided and includes a first vertical support with one or more horizontal support members pivotably attached at intervals to the first vertical support, and includes a plurality of second vertical supports hingeably attached to the first vertical support on a first end of the vertical support, wherein the first vertical support and the second vertical supports can be collapsed together to form a wall-mountable vertical support that can be releasably attached to a wall-mounted bracket.
Furniture unit
A furniture unit includes at least one shelf. The shelf includes a substrate having an upper surface, a lower surface opposite the upper surface, a proximal peripheral surface, a distal peripheral surface, a first seam, and a second seam. The proximal peripheral surface extends from the upper surface to the lower surface. The distal peripheral surface is opposite the proximal peripheral surface and extends from the upper surface to the lower surface. The second seam is spaced apart from the first seam. The first and second seams extend in a direction parallel to the proximal peripheral surface. The proximal peripheral surface engages one of the distal peripheral surface, the upper surface, and the lower surface.
Water collecting pallet rack and method of fire protection
An open framework warehouse storage rack system for supporting articles on multi-tiered shelves within the wetting zone of an overhead fire sprinkler system. The storage rack system comprises one or more a longitudinally extending rack arrays. A falling water collection system is combined with some or all of the rack arrays. The falling water collection system includes any one of several water handling features that enhance the wetting of storage articles during a fire. One such feature is a scoop-like longitudinal water catcher that protrudes outwardly beyond the front and/or rear faces of the rack array. Another is a transverse intra-stanchion water diverter. Another is a transverse mid-span water diverter. Another is a gutter formed integrally in an uppermost beam. And another is a vertical flue catcher. The falling water collection system maximizes the amount of water that is applied directly to a fire inside the rack array.
Extended Quarters
In some implementations, a modular furniture cabinet includes a top flooring affixed to static furniture and supported by one or more structures. The top surface of a bottom flooring, backs of the static furniture pieces, and a bottom surface of the top flooring define a storage space, and the dynamic furniture pieces substantially reside in the storage space when the modular furniture cabinet is in a closed configuration.

Repositional storage shelf
A storage system, the system is disclosed having a base; a slot in the base; a spline that slides along the base; a plurality of latches in the spline; a plurality of shelves snapped into the plurality of latches; a cam attached to a bottom of the spline, wherein the cam is slidably inserted into the slot in the base and guides spline along a path along the base.
