The object of the invention is a cap to lubricate an inner wall of a perforation going through at least two elements of the structure. The cap comprises a tubular body and at least one lubricant reserve, and before installation in the structure said cap has a largest external diameter larger than an internal diameter (D.sub.S) of the perforation, and the cap lubricates the internal surface of the perforation when its largest external diameter is radially compressed by a wall of the perforation. The invention also concerns a fastener comprising this type of cap, and an interference assembly process for the fastener equipped with the cap. The invention is applicable to the assembly of aircraft structures.

The pump includes an external gear fixed to an end on one side in an axial direction of the motor shaft, an internal gear surrounding a radial outside of the external gear and meshing with the external gear, a pump room accommodating the internal gear and the external gear, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The housing includes an outer lid in which the pump room is provided. The outer lid includes a shaft insertion hole that penetrates the outer lid from a surface on the other side in the axial direction of the pump room to a surface on the other side in the axial direction of the outer lid, the motor shaft being inserted into the shaft insertion hole, and a support defining at least a portion of the surface on the other side in the axial direction of the pump room and at least a portion of a radially inside surface of the shaft insertion hole. The support journals the motor shaft on the radial outside of the motor shaft.

Embodiments provide an automatic coupling agent feeder, including a housing, a coupling agent storage container, a feed pump, a heating insulation mechanism, a control device, and a discharge mechanism. The discharge mechanism is provided with a discharge port located outside the housing. The control device is electrically connected to the feed pump and the heating insulation mechanism; the feed pump is connected to the coupling agent storage container and the discharge mechanism, respectively, through a convey pipeline, and the heating insulation mechanism is provided outside the convey pipeline between the feed pump and the discharge mechanism. Adoption of the above technical solutions does not need to manually squeeze the coupling agent container, improve the efficiency of the operator, and the comfort of the coupling agent and human contact, in addition, installation of the parts inside the automatic coupling agent feeder internal parts is more compact.

A guide rail oiling tool includes: a sliding body, which is capped on a guide rail and slidable along the guide rail, and has an inner side surface facing a surface to be oiled of the guide rail, a shape of the inner side surface being matched with a shape of the surface to be oiled of the guide rail; an oil inlet disposed on the sliding body; and an oiling groove in communication with the oil inlet, disposed on the inner side surface of the sliding body and surrounding the surface to be oiled of the guide rail, so that the oiling groove applies oil to the surface to be oiled of the guide rail when the sliding body is sliding.

The present disclosure relates to an arrangement in an articulated joint of a work machine wherein at least two machine parts are rotatably fastened to each other with a conical sleeve shaft joint in which a conical sleeve is pressed against a conical sleeve shaft by an intermediate plate. This intermediate plate includes members for receiving a channel and for connecting the channel to a lubrication channel. The members are formed on the intermediate plate's outer casing which connects a counter-surface to a pressing surface on the side of the conical sleeve to provide a continuous passage for the conical sleeve shaft of the articulated joint.
