Environmental compressor protection assembly
A compressor lubrication system including a positive displacement pump, a pressure relief valve assembly, and a divider block. The pressure relief valve assembly includes a housing that has an opening to the fluid distribution system and a relief passage. A conduit is connected from the relief passage to a fluid reservoir. The assembly also includes a pressure relief valve that has an open position in which fluid from the fluid distribution system can enter the relief passage, and a closed position in which fluid is prevented from entering the relief passage. A biasing element maintains a biasing force on the pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is maintained in the closed position when the biasing force exceeds the fluid force on the pressure relief valve and the pressure relief valve moves into the open position when the fluid force exceeds the biasing force.
Lubricant delivery apparatus
A lubricant delivery apparatus for installation on a device that includes a moving component that is actuated by an actuating fluid from an actuating fluid source is disclosed. The apparatus includes a lubricant supply reservoir and a pump operably coupled to the reservoir for receiving a pre-determined amount of lubricant from the reservoir and for discharging the pre-determined amount of lubricant from the apparatus. The apparatus has a non-actuated state, wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is disposed within the pump and an actuated state wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is discharged from the pump. While the apparatus is installed on the device, the pump is operably coupled to the actuating fluid source such that actuation of the moving component is with effect that the apparatus transitions from the non-actuated state to the actuated state such that the predetermined amount of lubricant is delivered to the moving component.

A lubricant delivery apparatus for installation on a device that includes a moving component that is actuated by an actuating fluid from an actuating fluid source is disclosed. The apparatus includes a lubricant supply reservoir and a pump operably coupled to the reservoir for receiving a pre-determined amount of lubricant from the reservoir and for discharging the pre-determined amount of lubricant from the apparatus. The apparatus has a non-actuated state, wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is disposed within the pump and an actuated state wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is discharged from the pump. While the apparatus is installed on the device, the pump is operably coupled to the actuating fluid source such that actuation of the moving component is with effect that the apparatus transitions from the non-actuated state to the actuated state such that the predetermined amount of lubricant is delivered to the moving component.

The system also includes a shut-off valve stopping the refilling of the reservoir with lubricant. The shut-off valve includes a blocker for preventing the flow of lubricant to the reservoir and an actuation surface for positioning the blocker to prevent the flow of lubricant. For overfill protection, the actuation surface is movable relative to the blocker. The system also includes a mount with a one-way valve mounted thereto. The one-way valve is removable from the mount for easy replacement or cleaning of the one-way valve.

GREASE DISCHARGING APPARATUS
A grease discharging apparatus includes a pump body, a grease storage tube, an eccentric reciprocating assembly and a pressure regulating assembly. The grease storage tube is connected to the pump body. The eccentric reciprocating assembly is installed on a top end of the pump body. The eccentric reciprocating assembly includes a plunger. The plunger is configured to reciprocate within the pump body to cause grease in the grease storage tube to enter an external grease injection device through a grease discharge circuit. The grease discharge circuit includes a grease discharge chamber and an overflow hole communicating with each other. The overflow hole communicates with the grease storage tube. The pressure regulating assembly is installed in the grease discharge circuit.
