Lubricant Delivery Apparatus
A lubricant delivery apparatus for installation on a device that includes a moving component that is actuated by an actuating fluid from an actuating fluid source is disclosed. The apparatus includes a lubricant supply reservoir and a pump operably coupled to the reservoir for receiving a pre-determined amount of lubricant from the reservoir and for discharging the pre-determined amount of lubricant from the apparatus. The apparatus has a non-actuated state, wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is disposed within the pump and an actuated state wherein the predetermined amount of lubricant is discharged from the pump. While the apparatus is installed on the device, the pump is operably coupled to the actuating fluid source such that actuation of the moving component is with effect that the apparatus transitions from the non-actuated state to the actuated state such that the predetermined amount of lubricant is delivered to the moving component.

A manual lubrication system for a manual toilet flush pump on a manual toilet of the type used in boats and RV's. The lubrication system comprises a lubricant reservoir affixed in parallel to the housing of the manual toilet flush pump laterally opposite the toilet, with a movable lubricant pump head located below the operating handle of the manual toilet flush pump and having an operating axis generally parallel to the that of the manual toilet flush pump's operating handle. A positive manual shutoff normally keeps the lubricant reservoir isolated from the normal in-flow of water to and through the manual toilet flush pump except when lubricant is being manually added during a maintenance procedure.

GREASE PUMPING DEVICE
A grease pumping device includes a pump body, a driving mechanism, a plunger pair, a reversing valve and a lever mechanism. A switching action between each valve position of a valve core of the reversing valve is driven by the lever mechanism. An output rotating shaft drives a toggle member rotating therewith, and when the output rotating shaft rotates reciprocally in forward and reverse directions, the toggle member toggles the lever mechanism in the forward and reverse directions, such that the lever mechanism swings reciprocally. At least one of the lever mechanism and the toggle member is an elastic structure, when the output rotating shaft rotates, the toggle member contacts the lever mechanism and drives the valve core to operate, when the valve core is switched to a corresponding valve position, the toggle member and the lever mechanism slide relatively by elastic deformation of the elastic structure.
GREASE PUMPING DEVICE
A grease pumping device includes a pump body, a driving mechanism, a plunger pair, a reversing valve and a lever mechanism. A switching action between each valve position of a valve core of the reversing valve is driven by the lever mechanism. An output rotating shaft drives a toggle member rotating therewith, and when the output rotating shaft rotates reciprocally in forward and reverse directions, the toggle member toggles the lever mechanism in the forward and reverse directions, such that the lever mechanism swings reciprocally. At least one of the lever mechanism and the toggle member is an elastic structure, when the output rotating shaft rotates, the toggle member contacts the lever mechanism and drives the valve core to operate, when the valve core is switched to a corresponding valve position, the toggle member and the lever mechanism slide relatively by elastic deformation of the elastic structure.

An automatic grease dispensing system for supplying grease to at least one destination includes a grease container, at least one drive cylinder configured for reciprocating motion, a pump cylinder coupled to and driven by each drive cylinder, wherein the pump cylinder includes an inlet in fluid communication with grease in the grease container and an outlet in fluid communication with one destination to be supplied with grease, a first one way check valve coupled to each inlet configured to allow grease to flow from the grease container to the pump cylinder and configured to prevent grease to flow from the pump cylinder to the grease container, and a second one way check valve coupled to each outlet configured to allow grease to flow from the pump cylinder to the one destination and configured to prevent grease to flow from the destination to the pump cylinder.
Automatic grease dispensing system
An automatic grease dispensing system for supplying grease to at least one destination includes a grease container, at least one drive cylinder configured for reciprocating motion, a pump cylinder coupled to and driven by each drive cylinder, wherein the pump cylinder includes an inlet in fluid communication with grease in the grease container and an outlet in fluid communication with one destination to be supplied with grease, a first one way check valve coupled to each inlet configured to allow grease to flow from the grease container to the pump cylinder and configured to prevent grease to flow from the pump cylinder to the grease container, and a second one way check valve coupled to each outlet configured to allow grease to flow from the pump cylinder to the one destination and configured to prevent grease to flow from the destination to the pump cylinder.
AUTOMOTIVE TRANSMISSION WITH HEAT EXCHANGER BYPASS CARTRIDGE
A transmission capable of being assembled as a coolerless transmission and a transmission having an oil cooler includes a housing and a lubrication system. The oil passage system includes an oil passage having an oil outlet opening extending out of the housing and an oil inlet opening extending into the housing. A bypass flow passage is disposed in the housing in communication with the oil outlet opening and the oil inlet opening. In a coolerless configuration a pair of plugs are inserted in the oil outlet opening and the oil inlet opening, respectively, to close off the oil outlet opening and the oil inlet opening so that oil flows from the oil outlet opening to the oil inlet opening through the bypass flow passage. In a transmission configuration having an oil cooler, an exterior oil cooler is connected to the oil outlet opening and the oil inlet opening.
