Garage Floor Protector Assembly
20230063874 · 2023-03-02 ·

A garage floor protector assembly for inhibiting a floor of a garage from getting dirty includes a pan that is positionable on a floor of a garage. The pan has dimensions sufficient to accommodate a passenger vehicle to facilitate the passenger vehicle to park on the pan. The pan is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to inhibit dirt and fluid on the passenger vehicle from collecting on the floor of the garage. A plurality of poles is each insertable into a respective one of the marker points to facilitate a visual reference for a driver of the passenger vehicle that is parking on the pad.

Combined power system

In a rotary electric machine housing, a first bearing and a second bearing are provided for supporting a rotating shaft. A lubricating oil is supplied to the first bearing and the second bearing. Further, a gas is supplied to the first bearing and the second bearing. The lubricating oil and the gas are recovered by a single recovery device.

Barrier for Hazardous Liquids

Provided is a flood barrier for use with HAZMAT materials. The barrier includes a first wall and a second wall joined together at a first end, tape for securing the barrier to a surface to prevent leaks, multiple flexible ribs attached between the first wall and second walls, one or more holes for filling, and a rod that separates an open end of the first and second wall to form a chamber with an open end. Several insulating floats are evenly spaced between the ribs on a bottom surface of the first wall to prevent overflow. A gap filler, such as uncured silicone and tape is used in the transition from a terminal rib to an exposed corner of the barrier. The barrier can withstand high heat for a sustained period of time, is leak-proof, and includes an improved method of sealing corners.

Integrated system and method for automatic rejuvenation of turbine oil for improving equipment reliability

Systems and methods for automatic maintenance of lube oil quality include a storage tank for storing fresh lube oil, a lube oil reservoir containing a volume of operational lube oil, and an oil disposal tank. A first controllable flow system transports lube oil from the reservoir to the oil disposal tank, and a second controllable flow system transports fresh lube oil from the storage tank to the reservoir. Provided are a level transmitter to measure a level of lube oil within the reservoir and an antioxidant sensor to measure a concentration of antioxidant level inside the lube oil reservoir. A control system activates and deactivates the first controllable flow system based upon the concentration of antioxidant measured by the antioxidant sensor, and activates and deactivates the second controllable flow system based upon the level of lube oil measured by the level transmitter.

IMPROVED LUBRICATION FOR HYDRAULIC MACHINE SEAL

A hydraulic machine has a first assembly and a second assembly movable in rotation relative to each other about an axis of rotation. The first assembly and the second assembly define an internal volume and are in contact along an interface. The interface between the first assembly and the second assembly is provided with a sealing element positioned in a housing connected to the internal volume via a first duct, and to the surrounding environment via a second duct. The first duct is provided with a sealing element adapted to isolate the housing from the internal volume, where a secondary cavity is formed in the first assembly or in the second assembly. The secondary cavity is connected to the housing and isolated from the internal volume.
