The control valve includes a discharge port at a distance from a supply port of a valve housing chamber and connected to the return flow path, an open port formed at one end of the valve housing chamber to discharge the fluid, an annular recessed portion formed on an outer circumferential surface of the spool has a width extending from the supply port to the discharge port, and a sub port annularly formed between the discharge port and the open port on an inner circumferential surface of the valve housing chamber and connected to the sub-flow path.
Method of manufacturing thermo valve and thermo valve
A method of manufacturing a thermo valve includes an overlaying step of overlaying a valve body onto a thermo actuator so as to cover a groove portion; and a caulking step of caulking an installing portion of the valve body onto the thermo actuator. The caulking step is performed by pressing, by use of a jig, the valve body and the thermo actuator toward an axis center in a radial direction. A pressing face of the jig has a short side portion and a long side portion longer than the short side portion. Pressing is performed with the long side portion being substantially in parallel to the axis center of the thermo actuator and the short side portion being substantially in parallel to the groove portion.
Rotary multi-port greasing valve
A rotary multiport greasing valve having an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve has at least one inlet port and at least 2 outlet ports. The inner sleeve has an inlet port, a central passageway, and an outlet port. The inner sleeves inlet port is fluidly connected to the outer sleeve's inlet port. The inner sleeve rotates within the outer sleeve so that the inner sleeves outlet port is circumferentially aligned with a selected outer sleeve outlet port creating a fluid pathway from the outer sleeve inlet port into the inner sleeve's inlet port through the central passageway through the inner sleeve's outlet port and finally through the outer sleeves outlet port to create an open flowpath. In certain instances, the inner sleeve inlet port is longitudinally shifted so as not to align with any portion of an outlet sleeve outlet port.
GREASE MANIFOLD SYSTEM
A greasing system may use a programmable logic controller. The programmable logic controller, grease pumps, and power system control grease flow into two or more fracked valves on a well are maintained outside of the red zone of the well. The programmable logic controller includes a display that is adaptable to include information related to individual frak valves such as the associated well, the type of valve greasing utilized such as pressure based greasing or stage based greasing and also may include upper and lower limits on pressure and/or amount of grease utilized.
REMOTE GREASING SYSTEM
A remote greasing system for lubricating a valve of a wellhead or frac manifold includes a grease supply skid, remote greasing skid, and a control skid. The grease supply skid includes a grease reservoir and a grease pump. The remote greasing skid includes a grease manifold and a grease supply valve. The grease manifold is operatively coupled to the grease pump of the grease supply skid by a grease trunk line. The grease supply valve is operatively coupled to the grease manifold. The grease supply valve includes an output port operatively coupled to a lubrication port of the valve of the wellhead or frac manifold by a grease supply line. The control skid is operatively coupled to the remote greasing skid by a control line. The grease supply skid and remote greasing skid are positioned within a hazardous zone, and the control skid is positioned outside of the hazardous zone.
A FLUID CIRCUIT AND A PROCESS FOR CONTROLLING A FLOW OF FLUID SUPPLIED TO AT LEAST ONE EQUIPMENT
The invention relates to a fluid circuit (3) comprising: a supply line (5) for carrying a fluid from a pump (4) connected to a fluid tank (2) to an equipment (8), the supply line having a portion which is divided into a main line (10) including a heat exchanger (13), and a by-pass line (15) for by-passing said heat exchanger; a first valve (31) for controlling the respective fluid flows in the main line (10) and in the by-pass line (15), and a first control device (33) for controlling the first valve (31) depending on a first parameter (T) of the fluid; a pressure regulation circuit for carrying fluid from the supply line (5) towards the fluid tank (2), said pressure regulation circuit comprising a pressure regulation valve (23) for controlling the flow of fluid directed back to the fluid tank (2); wherein the pressure regulation circuit comprises: a first recirculation line (21) branching from the supply line (5) downstream from the by-pass line outlet (17); a second recirculation line (22) branching from the supply line (5) upstream from the by-pass line inlet (16); a second valve (32) for controlling the respective fluid flows in the first recirculation line (21) and in the second recirculation line (22), and a second control device (33) for controlling the first valve (31) depending on a second parameter (T) of the fluid.
