SAFETY JOINT
To provide a safety joint that can immediately shut off a hydrogen gas flow path at the initial stage when a plug (nozzle side member) comes out of a socket (fueling apparatus side member) to prevent release of outgas. A safety joint (100, 100-1) of the present invention includes: a plug (10) with a flow path (1A) formed inside, a shutoff valve (5) of the plug (10) opens when connected to a socket (20); and the socket (20), a flow path (21A) in communication with the flow path (1A) is formed when connected to the plug (10); and when the plug (10) is disconnected from the socket (20), the flow paths (1A, 21A) of the plug (10) and the socket (20) are shut off, wherein the socket has an opening (21C) that communicates with the flow path (21A) and extends orthogonally to the flow path (21A); when the plug and the socket are connected, a protruding portion (3) of the plug is inserted into the opening; and a socket flow path blocking mechanism (30, 31) is provided to instantly close the flow path (21A) at an initial stage when the plug is disconnected from the socket.

COLD STORAGE SYSTEM
Systems and apparatus for providing long-term cold storage of solid materials such as dry ice are disclosed. The solid materials are stored in a tank configured to maintain the materials in their solid state. The tank is designed with a port sufficiently large to facilitate ingress and egress of the solid materials. A cryogenic liquid is used within the tank to substantially prevent the solid materials from sticking to each other, and to maintain the solid materials at a low temperature.

HYDROGEN FILLING SYSTEM
A hydrogen filling system includes a first tank and a second tank that are configured to be filled with hydrogen and communicate with each other, a first hydrogen feeder and a second hydrogen feeder configured to feed hydrogen to the first tank and the second tank, and a controller configured to control the first hydrogen feeder and the second hydrogen feeder. The controller estimates a hydrogen fill factor of the first tank and the second tank, based on a first internal temperature of the first tank and a second internal temperature of the second tank, and a first pressure of hydrogen gas fed from the first hydrogen feeder and a second pressure of hydrogen gas fed from the second hydrogen feeder. The controller is configured to stop the first hydrogen feeder and the second hydrogen feeder when the hydrogen fill factor reaches a predetermined threshold fill factor.
System and Method for Priority CNG Filling
A method of dispensing compressed natural gas (CNG) includes assigning a first priority to the filling of a first destination tank and assigning a second priority to the filling of a second destination tank. The second priority is lower than the first priority. The method also includes filling the first destination tank from a first CNG source while filling the second destination tank from a second CNG source. The second CNG source provides CNG at a lower pressure relative to the pressure at which the first CNG source provides CNG.
COMPRESSOR UNIT
A compressor unit includes: a reciprocating compressor main body having a drive portion and a compression portion driven by the drive portion to compress a hydrogen gas; an electric motor that is a power source of the drive portion; a hydrogen supply flow path which is connected to a suction side flow path and to the compressor main body and through which a hydrogen gas flows; a fuel cell module that is disposed in the hydrogen station, generates electric power using a hydrogen gas guided through the hydrogen supply flow path, and supplies the generated electric power to the electric motor; and an inverter that adjusts a rotation speed of the electric motor.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR STORING AND FOR SUPPLYING FLUID FUEL
Device for storing and for supplying fluid fuel, comprising a reservoir of liquefied fuel gas in equilibrium with a gas phase, in particular hydrogen, a circuit for filling the reservoir, at least one circuit for tapping fluid from the reservoir, and at least one circuit for regulating the pressure in the reservoir, the filling circuit, tapping circuit and pressure-regulating circuit comprising a set of valves arranged in a housing separate from the reservoir, the housing being removably connected to the reservoir via a demountable mechanical coupling system, the tapping circuit, the pressure-regulating circuit and the filling circuit comprising a set of demountable fluidic connectors situated at the junction between the reservoir and the housing and configured to allow the separation between portions of circuits situated in the reservoir and in the housing during the demounting of the housing with respect to the reservoir.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A CHEMICAL OR FUEL
A method for providing a fuel includes providing a partially purified biogas at a first processing site, where the partially purified biogas is produced by multiple biogas sources and/or from multiple feedstock sources. The partially purified biogas is compressed, fed to a mobile tank, and transported by vehicle to a second processing site. At the second processing site, which may also receive biogas from a plurality of biogas sources, the partially purified biogas is further processed to produce a fuel or fuel intermediate.
