Cabinet system with affixible facings
A cabinet system having worksite-affixable facings, including components for a cabinet frame. The cabinet frame including a left side panel, a right side panel, a bottom panel having, a front top panel, and optionally, a back panel. The cabinet system further includes at least two side facings, at least one top facing, and at least one bottom facing, affixable, respectively, to the front edge of the left side panel, the front edge of the right side panel, the front edge of the bottom panel, and the front edge of the front top panel with a hidden fastening system.
Concealed vertical adjustment mechanism for kitchen appliance storage members
A storage member vertical adjustment mechanism for an appliance includes a concealed vertical track system that is positioned within an appliance cabinet. The vertical track system includes a retaining member and a concealing flange that extends parallel with and conceals the retaining member with an adjustment region defined therebetween. A storage member has an engagement structure that cooperatively engages the adjustment region. The engagement structure includes a laterally-extending vertical flange that engages the concealing flange and the retaining member in a vertical adjustment state and alternatively engages the retaining member in the vertically secured positions. The retaining member and the concealing flange laterally support the laterally-extending vertical flange within the adjustment region such that the engagement structure of the storage member is selectively inserted and removed from the adjustment region through one of the top and bottom receiving apertures of the adjustment region.
System and Method of Using an Array of Actuated Furniture Partitions
The present invention relates to a new type of furniture, which can be reconfigured into an arbitrarily large number of shapes. The changing of furniture shape is accomplished with an array of individually driven actuators which are used to displace a set of furniture components (or modules) in particular spatial amount in order to cause an overall yet arbitrary furniture shape (or look).
Display system with counter section
A display counter section includes a lower base portion, an upper base portion, and a light. The upper display portion defines a hollow interior, and includes translucent panels and a metal top. The translucent panels enclose the hollow interior of the upper display portion. The metal top extends over the hollow interior and the translucent panels such that the display counter section is configured to only display products on a top of the metal top. The top of the metal top defines a plurality of uniformly shaped sockets to receive a plurality of product display racks. The light is maintained within the hollow interior backlighting the translucent from the hollow interior by the light.
Modular Outdoor Cabinetry System
A modular outdoor cabinetry system that can be easily assembled from standardized, prefabricated parts, and can be modified or disassembled with ease. The system consists of corner posts and panels that can be assembled into cabinets of various sizes. The cabinets may be configured as standard cabinets having one or more opening doors or may be configured as specialty cabinets with different kits. A bar kit enables a cabinet to include a raised bar, a sink kit enables a cabinet to house a sink, a grill kit enables a cabinet to house a grill, a drawer kit enables a cabinet to include drawers, a refrigerator kit enables a cabinet to house a refrigerator and a trash can kit enables a cabinet to house a trash can. The cabinets are configured to enable the exterior of the cabinets to be changed in an easy manner.
Hybrid modular furniture and storage container unit
In accordance with an embodiment, a hybrid modular furniture and container unit includes a base shell, a base core layer, and a set of base inner panels. The base shell has a shell bottom, a first shell wall, a second shell wall, a third shell wall, a fourth shell wall, and upper flaps associated with each of the respective walls. The base core layer has a core bottom, a first core wall, a second core wall, a third core wall, and a fourth core wall. The core layer is disposed within the base shell. The base inner panels include a first inner panel wall, a second inner panel wall, a third inner panel wall, and a fourth inner panel wall. The inner panel walls disposed within the shell and each upper flap is folded over a respective core wall and inner panel wall.
Cabinet mounted step stool
The present invention generally relates to a folding step stool that is, in one embodiment, mounted and stored within a cabinet. Children and short adults are typically not tall enough to readily access a kitchen or bathroom sink. Accordingly, many homes have a portable step stool located in the kitchen or bathroom. While effective, one problem with such a portable step stool is storage of the stool when not in use. Aspects of the present invention are directed to a folding step stool that may be mounted within an interior of a cabinet. When not in use, the entirety of the folding step stool may be disposed within an interior of the cabinet to permit closure of the cabinet door. Likewise, when needed, the cabinet door may be opened and the step stool may be deployed to provide one or more steps for use in accessing a counter or sink above the cabinet.
