Light module
An illumination module is provided that can be inserted into a receptacle that includes a wall and may be mounted on a support surface, such as a heat sink, and the illumination module include a cover and an LED assembly rotateably coupled to the cover. The LED assembly seats within the receptacle which causes terminals of the LED assembly to align with contacts on the receptacle. One of the cover and the receptacle can have a plurality of ramps and the other a plurality of shoulders. The cover can be rotated relative to the receptacle to cause the shoulders to slide relative to the ramps so as to direct the LED assembly into the receptacle. When the LED assembly is attached to the receptacle, the terminals on the LED assembly mate with the contacts on the receptacle.

LED light fixture assembly
A light assembly contains a housing. One or more LED light units are contained within the housing, wherein each of the LED light units may contain only one corresponding conductive end cap. A pair of conductors extending from each of the corresponding conductive end caps are mated with a corresponding socket contained within a DC power supply module contained within the housing.
LED light bulb assembly
A light bulb assembly comprising a base, a helical body portion, a LED assembly and an electrical drive. The base includes a cap electrically connectable to a power source. The helical body portion has an outer cylindrical upstanding portion. The helical body portion extends from the base upwardly and has a helical groove disposed along an outer surface. The LED assembly has a strip including a plurality of LED elements that are in a spaced apart orientation. The strip is positionable in the helical groove of the helical body portion. The electrical drive is configured to supply power from the power source to the LED elements. The electrical drive is positioned within the cavity created by at least one of the base and the helical body portion.
Opto-mechanically adjustable and expandable light fixtures
A housing for a light fixture is described herein. The housing can include a first housing portion having at least one first coupling feature and at least one first receiving feature, where the at least one first receiving feature is configured to receive at least one first light module at a first adjustable distance from the first housing. The housing can also include a second housing portion having at least one second coupling feature, where the at least one second coupling feature mechanically couples to the at least one first coupling feature. A position of the first housing portion relative to the second housing portion can be changed using the at least one first coupling feature and the at least one second coupling feature.
Multipurpose lighting and entertainment stand
A multipurpose lighting and entertainment stand including a base unit and each of a plurality of vertically disposed telescopic legs and a trash can attached to the base unit. A horizontally disposed platform is disposed directly atop the plurality of vertically disposed telescopic legs. Each of a right opening and a left opening of a pair of circular cup holder openings is disposed through the horizontally disposed platform. A pair of attached identical triangular compartments is disposed on and extended rearward from a rear edge of the horizontally disposed platform. Each of a right hook and a left hook of a pair of hooks is attached to an external surface of the pair of attached identical triangular compartments. A lighting unit having a plurality of upward facing light emitting diodes is disposed on an upper ledge of the pair of attached identical triangular compartments.
PCB interconnect scheme for co-planar LED strips
LED board interconnect schemes for illuminable assemblies are provided. Multiple LED boards may form a partial perimeter along an illuminable assembly. The multiple LED boards and interconnects must fit within a limited width and height of the illuminable assembly. In some implementations, an interconnect board and spring connectors are used to provide a low-profile electrical interconnection while maintaining co-planarity of the LEDs across the LED boards.
DUAL-COLOR LIGHT EMITTING DIODE LIGHT STRINGS
A light string, comprising a first illumination device configured to emit a first color light; a second illumination device adjacent the first illumination device, and configured to emit a second color light, the second color being different from the first; a first wire including a first conductor and a first insulating layer, the first conductor partially exposed to form a first conductor soldering section; and a second wire, including a second conductor and a second insulating layer, the second conductor partially exposed to form a second conductor soldering section. The first conductor soldering section and the second conductor soldering section are attached to a pair of electrical contacts on each of the first and second illumination devices, and the first and second illumination devices are electrically biased such that either the first illumination device emits light or the second illumination device emits light, but not both at the same time.

Channels and lenses for linear lighting
Channels and channel covers for linear lighting are disclosed. The channels have an upper compartment for linear lighting and a lower compartment that may be used as a raceway, to engage parts, and for rear entry of wires. Endcaps for the channels may engage the lower compartment. Cover-lenses for linear lighting channels are also disclosed. The cover-lenses may include diffusing material and implement a thickness gradient in order to maximize the amount of diffusing material where the emitted light intensity is expected to be greatest. Diverging Fresnel features may be superimposed on the thickness gradient in order to counteract any converging effect of the thickness gradient and cause emitted light to spread more evenly.
