An adjustable hanging element is provided herein for suspended light fixtures which allows for adjustment of a point of contact for suspension both upon initial installation and while installed, without the need for taking the fixture down.

An LED cove light system having a wall piece mounted to a back surface of a cove, the wall piece having a top edge which is at the same height as a top surface of a front wall of the cove. A light fixture component is removably attachable at an angle to the wall piece and carries one or more LEDs positioned to project light from the cove out into an adjacent space of a room.
Light Fixture Assembly
A light fixture assembly configured to direct light outwardly and downwardly, while precluding the directing of light upwardly. The light fixture assembly comprises a housing, an LED light and a reflector. The LED light includes a mounting surface and a light emitting member. The mounting surface is coupled to the housing, and in particular on an inside surface of the upper side wall, with the light being directed in at least a downward direction. The reflector includes a second portion which is positioned within the inner cavity and below the LED light. The second portion is angled at least at 45° relative to a horizontal axis in an operational configuration. The reflector directs light imparted by the light emitting member in at least one of a downward and an outward direction, while precluding the directing of light imparted by the light emitting member in an upward direction.

A night light includes a fixed part, a rotatable part and a shaft connecting the rotatable part and the fixed part and allowing the rotatable part to rotate relative to the fixed part. The fixed part includes two pins configured for electrically connecting with an external power socket, and two elastic elements fixed to top ends of the two pins, respectively. The rotatable part includes two concentric annular conductive members exposed at a lower end of the rotatable part. The two elastic elements provide upward elastic support to the two concentric annular conductive members, respectively, such that the elastic elements can constantly contact and press the two concentric annular conductive members when the rotatable part rotates relative to the fixed part.
Universal retrofit light mounting box with audio/video functions
A universal light mounting box for retrofit is described. The retrofit light mounting box attaches to a junction box and receives electrical power from the junction box cables. Method of installing light fixture
A method of installing a light fixture base to a surface is disclosed that employs an elongated tool that engages a mounting screw in rough alignment with an axis of the elongated member. The mounting screw and elongated tool are inserted through a mounting hole in the base and moved upward through thermal insulation in the base. The elongated tool is then manipulated while viewing both a tip end of the mounting screw and a threaded hole in a mounting bracket attached to a junction box so as to attach the mounting screw to the mounting bracket. The elongated tool then serves as a guide while sliding the base upward along the elongated tool so as to rapidly attach the base to a mounting screw in the mounting bracket.
