SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UNDERWATER LIGHTING
An underwater lighting system includes a light housing. The light housing includes a weighted base having a bottom surface with a bottom edge and a cover. The cover and the weighted base cooperate to define a cover interior. The cover interior is waterproof. The light housing also includes a light source positioned within the cover interior. The underwater lighting system is configured to prevent a fishing lure or cast net from snagging on the underwater lighting system.
MANUFACTURING OF LIGHT EMITTING MODULES
The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a tamper proof light emitting module comprising the steps of (a) pre-assembling the light emitting module into a testing configuration including a housing and one or more light emitting elements mounted within the housing, the housing including first and second housing components connected together using at least one removable fastener connecting the first and second housing components; (b) testing the light emitting module to confirm the light emitting elements are operable; (c) after step (b), removing the removable fastener; (d) replacing the removable fastener removed in step (c) with at least one breakaway fastener; and (e) tightening the breakaway fastener(s) until the head of the breakaway fastener(s) breaks off so that the breakaway fastener(s) is no longer removable, thereby creating a final, tamper proof configuration of the light emitting module.
Display apparatus having folded light guide member
A display device includes a curved display panel and a backlight unit. The backlight unit includes a light guide film and a light source unit. The light guide film defines: a light emission part thereof facing the display panel, a folding part thereof extending from the light emission part to be folded in a folded state of the light guide film, and a light incident part thereof extending from the folding part to face the display panel with the light emission part therebetween, The light incident part is extended at a first end thereof from the folding part and defines a light incident surface of the light guide film at a second end of the light incident part opposite to the first end thereof. The light source unit is overlapped with the light emission part and face the light incident surface.
Support for a Lighting Element on a Safety Helmet, Adjustable Lighting System, and Cable Retention Arrangement
A support for mounting at least one lighting element on a safety helmet, the support comprising a body having: (i) at least one helmet attaching portion configured for directly or indirectly connecting the support to a portion of the safety helmet, and (ii) a plurality of lighting element attaching portions configured for directly or indirectly connecting the at least one lighting element to the support, wherein the plurality of lighting element attaching portions are configured to facilitate the attachment of the at least one lighting element in a corresponding plurality of positions, such that light projected from the at least one lighting element is focused or directed at a plurality of corresponding angles. An adjustable lighting system and a cable retention arrangement for a safety helmet are also disclosed.
LED lighting fixture
A light fixture comprising a mounting housing comprising a junction box and a first connector component and a light housing comprising at least one light emitting diode contained within the light housing and electrically coupled to a second connector component complementary to the first connector component.
LIGHT FOR KEYPAD BEZEL
A lock assembly for securing a container having an interior region is provided. In one illustrative embodiment, the lock assembly includes a keypad having a plurality of buttons on a first surface of the keypad, a light-emitting diode, and a bezel surrounding at least a portion of the keypad. The bezel includes a reflective surface positioned to reflect a light from the light-emitting diode, the reflected light illuminating the plurality of buttons.
Strut channel recessed lighting fixture
Embodiments herein are directed to a lighting fixture for insertion into a strut channel member. In an installed position, a light source supported by the housing of the lighting fixture is disposed at least partially within an interior volume of the strut channel member. The lighting fixture can be attached to the strut channel member by the lips of the strut channel member. When the lighting fixture is installed in the channel member, light from the light source emanates in a direction out of the channel member through the slot in the channel member. The lighting fixture may be snapped or slid into or out of place in the channel member.
Theftproof lamp
A theftproof lamp (100), including a lamp body (110) and a lamp cap (120). A spring member (140) and a ratchet wheel mechanism (130) are provided inside the lamp for cooperating with each other and enabling theftproof effect. When turning the lamp clockwise, the lamp can be screwed down to a lamp socket. When turning the lamp counter-clockwise, the lamp can only make repetitive circular motions around the ratchet wheel and therefore achieve the theftproof effect. When a user needs to remove the lamp in a safe way, a bolt (170) can be moved inwardly to block the spring member from moving upward, so that the lamp body, ratchet wheel and lamp cap form a whole, without any movement in relation to each other, and therefore allowing easy removal of the lamp.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ILLUMINATING A WORK AREA
A method and system for an area illumination device includes a support channel includes a power supply end, a first coupling end, and a first elongate body extending therebetween. A surface mounting assembly is fixedly coupled to the support channel and is configured to removably engage a first support surface of a plurality of support surfaces. A light arm includes a second coupling end, a fixture end, and a second elongate body extending therebetween. A main joint assembly is operably coupled to the first coupling end and the second coupling end and includes a plurality of degrees of freedom of motion. A light fixture includes a plurality of individual light sources coupled to the fixture end through a fixture joint assembly having at least two degrees of freedom of movement.
