A luminaire structure, comprises a plurality of housing segments, each with at least one lighting zone, and configured to be assembled to form a support structure defining at least one panel supporting zone for supporting at least one acoustic panel removably attached thereto, wherein each of the lighting zones in the support structure is oriented to be adjacent the at least one acoustic panel, and operable to receive a lighting module to deliver light to an interior space.

The cover also includes a first transmission tab configured to be electrically connected to a first power line of the electrical receptacle and a second transmission tab configured to be electrically connected to a second power line of the electrical receptacle. An ornamental frame assembly for enhancing the ornamental appearance of a flat screen display includes a frame that has a plurality of intersecting members such that the frame has a rectangular shape to conform to a flat screen display. Each of the intersecting members comprises a first portion that is oriented at an angle with a second portion to accommodate an outer edge of the flat screen display. A lens is attached to the frame such that the lens extends around a full perimeter of the frame. A plurality of light emitters is each positioned in the frame. Each of the light emitters is positioned behind the lens to emit light through the lens.

An ornamental frame assembly for enhancing the ornamental appearance of a flat screen display includes a frame that has a plurality of intersecting members such that the frame has a rectangular shape to conform to a flat screen display. Each of the intersecting members comprises a first portion that is oriented at an angle with a second portion to accommodate an outer edge of the flat screen display. A lens is attached to the frame such that the lens extends around a full perimeter of the frame. A plurality of light emitters is each positioned in the frame. Each of the light emitters is positioned behind the lens to emit light through the lens.

A window glazing assembly that can convert an existing or already-installed window, or be used to assemble new construction windows as a multi-pane or multi-glazed window unit, is provided herein. In particular, the glazing assembly includes an attachment assembly (e.g., peel-and-stick double-sided adhesive tape) and one or more glazing layers. Some embodiments further include a spacer assembly comprising a plurality of spacer bars that may be individually installed, e.g., one by one, around the perimeter of the window such as, to the window sash, window frame, or glass window pane, itself. The glazing layer(s) can then be secured or adhered to the spacer assembly, for example, around the perimeter thereof. Some embodiments may include additional or intermediate glazing layers, providing additional insulating airspaces and enhanced performance.

A Christmas/pine tree lights hanger tool is provided, comprising of a hollow, core tube which slides over the top, center branch of a said tree. This tube is inserted snuggly into the hub member opening, surrounded by a plurality of “wheel-like” spokes, in which pie shaped spaces are incorporated on each side of said spokes, allowing surrounding top tree branches to naturally protrude up through. Provided in this disclosure is an apparatus for marking an implement, such as a snow plow. An elongated tubular member retains an illuminated member such an LED element within the interior. Conductor wiring connects a source of electrical energy to the LED. An enclosing cap includes a crimped end portion secured to the bottom end of the elongated tubular member. A cylindrical end portion has a hollow interior for admitting the conductor wiring for connection to the source of electrical energy. A perpendicular mounting bracket has a horizontal mounting surface and a vertical mounting surface, formed together at a right angle. The horizontal mounting surface is configured for connecting to the cylindrical end portion of the enclosing cap so that the elongated tubular member is disposed in a substantially vertical position. The vertical mounting surface is configured for connecting to a vertical portion of the snow plow.
