Display apparatus and control method thereof
A display apparatus, including a display panel; a touch sensor provided on the display panel and configured to detect a user touch input; an ultraviolet (UV) light source provided on an edge portion of the display panel and configured to emit UV light to the display panel from the edge portion of the display panel; and a controller electrically connected to the display panel, the touch sensor, and the UV light source, wherein the controller is configured to, based on a determination that the user touch input is not detected, control the UV light source to emit the UV light toward the display panel.
Light-emitting table top
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a light-emitting table top. The table top includes a light source assembly, a light guide board, a plastic thin film and a pattern layer, wherein the light guide board is arranged on a light exit side of the light source assembly; the plastic thin film covers a side surface of the light guide board away from the light source assembly; and the pattern layer is printed on the light guide board and/or the plastic thin film, so that a table top displays a light-emitting effect of a predetermined pattern.
Illuminated walking assistance apparatus
An illuminated walking assistance apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides an elongated staff having a ground-engaging tip portion at a first end and a handle at an opposing second end. The staff provides a light pipe positioned proximal the tip portion and having a light-emitting member disposed therein to selectively illuminate the ground proximal the tip portion. The staff further provides a red nightlight which is always on so as to facilitate locating the apparatus in a dark environment.
Socket with night light function
A socket with a night light function includes a housing, a connecting unit and a light emitting unit. The housing includes a base, a transmitting light member and a cover. The transmitting light member is sandwiched between the base and the cover. The connecting unit is disposed in the housing and is electrically connected to a plug. The light emitting unit includes a light emitting element disposed in the base, a photosensitive switch, a touch switch and a controller. The light emitting element, the photosensitive switch and the touch switch are all in signal connection with the controller. The photosensitive switch collaborates with the touch switch to control the operation of the light emitting element; the light intensity around the socket is increased by means of the light emitting element and the transmitting light member. The socket is convenient to use and has multiple functions.
Filter hook systems
The filter hook includes a pipe, a rod slidably disposed through the pipe, a hook-shaped implement statically coupled to the rod and disposed exterior of the pipe, a bracket attached to an exterior of the pipe and spaced from the rod, a flashlight attached to the bracket and disposed opposite to the handle portion and adjacent to the second end cap, a magnet statically coupled to the second end cap and configured to support the pipe and the rod at a stationary position at the existing industrial air-handler of the existing ventilation system, and a fastener adjustably mated to the second end cap and oriented transversely to the rod. The fastener is configured to permit selected reciprocal displacement of the rod and the hook-shaped implement through the second end cap and relative to a position of the pipe.
Cladding including integrated light source
The present disclosure relates generally to cladding, for example, suitable for use covering the exterior surface of a building. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a siding panel including a light source. The siding panel includes a panel body having a length extending from a first end to a second end, a width extending from a first edge to a second edge, a front face, and a rear face. A first lock extends along the first edge of the panel body and a second lock extending along the second edge of the panel body. A fastening strip is coupled to the first lock. A light source extending along the length of the panel body is secured to the panel body so as to provide light from the front face of the panel body.
Illuminated knob for an appliance
A knob for an appliance includes a handle. A light guide defines a recess. At least a portion of the handle is received within the recess of the light guide. A bezel is disposed over at least a portion of the light guide. The handle is rotatable relative to the bezel. A light emitter is disposed within the bezel. The light emitter is operable to emit light into the light guide. At least a portion of an interior surface of the light guide is textured, and an exterior surface of the light guide is smooth.
INTELLIGENT OUTDOOR LIGHTING SYSTEM AND ULTRASONIC AUDIO GENERATOR
Disclosed is an outdoor lighting system that utilizes a smart phone to control the outdoor lighting system. In addition, this system may include an ultrasonic audio generator for repelling bugs and other animals. Various lighting themes can be applied to the lamps using an application program stored on the smart phone. Bug lights to repel flying insects and UV lights can be included in the lamps to repel birds and other animals, including bats.
ILLUMINATED CAR WASH WAND
A water spray wand comprises an internal water pipe, a spray handle, a compartment for a battery and a light. The spray handle is configured such that when the flow of water is permitted through the spray wand, the electronic communication between the battery compartment and the light is completed, and when the flow of water through the spray wand is interrupted, a timer is activated to interrupt the electronic communication between the battery compartment after a predetermined delay.
LIGHT SOCKET SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
A light socket surveillance system can be used to enable a first party to communicate with a second party. The light socket surveillance system can be used to detect an audible notification from the first party. In response to detecting the audible notification from the first party, the light socket surveillance system can initiate a communication session with a remote computing device of the second party.
